Everyone on set
Have someone constantly checking the cameraman or have a locked down running camera and the cameraman only goes to the elevated level to move the camera which would reduce the time the cameraman is up there which would reduce the risk of him falling.
The probability of injury to someone due to faulty/ damaged equipment is a low to medium chance especially if the equipment is second hand/ already used The chance of heavy equipment being dropped onto some is a medium chance due to it being heavy The chance of tripping over wires is medium to high due to the large amount of wires used on set
Check all equipment before use for damages and faults before used by crew
Have more than one person carrying the heavy the equipment to minimalize the chance of dropping the equipment and injuring someone, and damaging the equipment Organise the wires into a bunch and tell the crew where the wires are so the crew are aware of them to reduce the chance of tripping over them
