Under the Owners directive we strive to place very happy, dynamic, professional crew but with a great deal of emphasis on fun team and guest interaction. Firm, Fair and Fun- is our motto. private yacht. Not heavily used during the Summer. Very hard working, fun and social Crew with great Owners. Med based for the last 3 years with limited cruising schedule but there is a possibility that the boat may travel worldwide for the Winters either East or West. At the moment there are no fixed plans so the candidate must be happy to accept either option. Job Description Working with Management Company accountants to maintain accounts, budgets and other financial reports. Work with Heads of Departments to ensure timely processing of budgets, invoices, payments, credit card and expense reconciliations. Assists HODs with purchasing, provisioning and purchasing logistics. Responsible for administration, accounting, collection and payment of all onboard monies. Responsible for all crew administration including payroll. Ensure all crew certification is in date and correct. Responsible for keeping up to date crew/passenger berthing lists and reporting any changes. Responsible for all crew travel and guest travel as required. Assist Captain with all yacht logistics as required. Perform Customs, Immigration and Port Clearance requirements. Advanced planning and preparation for Owner and Guest trips, including on-site reconnaissance as required. Pre-arrival destination/event/venue checks for guests, including transport options, security facilities and bookings for restaurants, events, sightseeing. Planning and directing events and activities for Owners and Guests ashore. Assisting Owner and Owner's Representative out of season as required. Person Specification Must be a fun, outgoing, friendly, helpful. Must have excellent above average references. Must be a very hardworking, dedicated and dynamic grafter, self-motivated to clear her desk before finishing work. Willing to work long hrs 7am to when the job is finished and often includes weekends Superior communication, administrative and organizational skills Ability to manage own workload. Diplomatic, hardworking, team player with proven positive and constructive relationships onboard previous vessels Advanced computer skills, preferably with an excellent working knowledge of IDEA system Excellent financial management skills, formal accountancy training an advantage Familiar with all key documentation such as SMS and ISPS protocols Previous experience of service and event organization on similar size yacht Dedicated long term career professional required. 2 years Purser experience desirable.

Must have driving license. Nonsmoker preferred but will consider a light social smoker. Package Details Salary: 6,300 to 6,700 Euros per month depending on skill level and experience. Contractual:5% salary increase per year and a 13th month paid at anniversary date. Holiday: 2.5 months full salary. Will go to 3 months for 2nd year. Additional unpaid leave considered for long term crew. Flight allowance:1,000 Euros paid out every 4 months (total 3,000 Euros per year.) Bonus: Loyalty/longevity Bonus program for 2013. Generous crew training program available. Comprehensive medical coverage. Interviews will take place over the next couple of months with the position ideally starting on or around 1st April 2013. The vessel will be re-commissioned throughout April. Ship and crew run up will take place in the 1st couple of weeks early May and then standby in Antibes, France from 15th May onwards. No fixed cruising plans at present but possibly France, Spain, Greece, Turkey tbc. Normal cruising period is June, July, August, possibly September.
