 Preparation of detailed Global and Annual Implementation Works Plans and Budgets for
construction works. Implementation of more than US $ 185.00 Million construction project.
 Preparation / modifications / alternations / revised / additions as per requirement of standard
designs for construction infrastructures as and when and where necessary, coordinating with the
Project Director / National Project Director and European Project Director / Team Leader.
 Ensure the quality control of construction works of the yearly development of the infrastructures of
the Adarsha Grams and Union Land ( Tahsil ) Offices and Upazila Land Offices ( Field level offices
of the Ministry of Land involved for land management and collection of land revenues ).
 Assist and advice the Project Director / National Project Director and European Project Director /
Team Leader on monitoring and supervision of project’s construction work of the Adarsha Grams.
 Preparation of Methodologies for executing the Civil Works in the Adarsha Grams
 Visit field level construction works of the Adarsha Gram Project and Ministry of Land as well as
monitoring evaluation of progress and supervision of all sorts of construction works.
 Providing necessary advices to the concerned officials for preparation of standard contract
documents, contract packaging, tender evaluation and contract award as per GOB and European
Union format for the use of the Ministry of Land and District Administration, Dhaka.
 Preparation of Construction of 25-Storied Bhumi Bhavan Complex Project document for providing
land related One Stop Service to the peoples of the country as well as consultancy services for
implementation of the project activities.
 Liaison with the Secretary and other officials of the Ministry of Land, Director General, Land
Records and Survey, Chairman, Land Reforms Board, Chairman, Land Appeal Board, Director,
Land Administration Training Center and Deputy Commissioner and additional Deputy
Commissioner ( Revenue ) of the District Administrations, Directorate of Public Works ( PWD ) for
implementation of the Construction of 25-Storied Bhumi Bhavan Complex Project
