1. COURSE OVERVIEW Course offers a fundamental framework for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in an organization and makes students understand the scope and role of ERP. It identifies the various functional modules for vertical and horizontal workflow of business operations. It provides an integrated approach to managers for better decision making. It orients the students towards understanding the business processes which can be integrated in a seamless chain through hands on lab sessions on SAP software.

This is a core paper offered in the third trimester to students across all specializations. It covers the various aspects of ERP in terms of concepts, working knowledge and practical training on ERP software package like SAP. 2. COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES Multiple pedagogies and active participation are expected to be used to completely understand the role and application of ERP for various business transactions for corporate functioning and effectiveness of ERP in improving the business functions. 3.
