this by developing an eco focused platform and e-Marketplace. A unique concept and market
which she is setting foot in by linking international world market continents. We joined partnership
with LogicaCMG who is responsible for the specification, construction and management of the
eCommerce website.

We present our newest international business concept named “Ecoshi”. With the scope to
implement our newest business concept we seek to open our first subsidiary office in The
Netherlands in October 2008.
We are one of a kind in ecological focused & trade resources with regards to Business-2-Business,
Business-2-Government, Government-2-Government, Government 2- Customer, Business-2-
Customer, Customer-2-Customer and all business opportunities that haven't been mentioned as
yet. Not only we will connect generic international industry sectors BUT we mainly focus on
connecting all environmental entrepreneurs and professionals from around the globe to
international companies and organizations that provide the products, services and information
they need to do their job successfully.
This means approximately 200 million dynamic companies, governments, organizations, the
number of products, services, customers; manufacturers and suppliers are numerous combined.

• Goal 1: With our Business-2-Business representing the lion’s share (98%) of the total
e-commerce revenue, the market for an ecologic marketplace combined
green search engine will be potentially huge.
Since the disparity between non environmental focused ventures and global trade is so
great, and the e-commerce in most demand today, our business concept (which is valued to
be a Euro 18 Billion market as indicated in chapter “Turnover”) far surpassed most e-markets.

Procedures / Scope of Work
We aim to open our first Ecoshi AG subsidiary in The Netherlands. Our research and development
on current environmental awareness shows us that now is the time to act on the overwhelming
awareness demand and take our product to market. Although the well-known company
LogicaCMG partner with us to design our Green B2B platform, we have opened our doors to
investors and other potential partners and sponsors.
Together with the Dutch subsidiary opened we have already started to implement our product
Marketing Strategy. A database of global companies is being prepared to perform as possible
“testing partners” with the scope of becoming members, sponsors, business partners and or
shareholders. This same database will be utilized for CRM (Customer Relation Management) as
well. Recruitment and training of new personnel is being implemented immediately.
We will supply proprietary, world-class editorial, tools to power our content brands and to support
sustainability and advertising programs. Our Network of advertiser-supported content web sites,
delivers original, engaging and entertaining editorial and multimedia content to a community of
millions of engaged, curious and well-informed users. Our project will be syndicated to all the
leading news portals including Google, Yahoo!, MSNBC, AOL, CNN, National Geographic and
Discovery Channel and more.
We market innovative eco & sustainable products and awareness directly to our business
community primarily via our eCommerce sites.

Business Process
The range of Ecoshi will focus on promoting green products and connecting the European market
to the worldwide market. The link between the market areas will stand in on the current
communication need (via Internet) that in turn will make contact with potential consumers. By
doing business electronically the relation with existing customers would be reinforced by supplying
extra information or interaction. Moreover Ecoshi will be 24/7 available. This is absolutely an
advantage for doing business with countries in other time zones.
The market for Ecoshi can be split into 2 major categories; Customers (and B2B etc), and
consumers (or Private buyers). Customers and consumers are Governments, Non Governmental
Organizations and corporate buyers; they buy Green products and or Green services.

Evaluation
At present we are in the start up phase. B.I.G. Ltd and Pluto International Trading Ltd support
Ecoshi in all preparation and implementation aspects. Those responsible for efficient and effective
implementation in 2008 are Mr. D.M. Milan, Chairman, Mr. M.M.A. Marlin, Organization Consultant,
and Mr. M. Kouwenberg, Competence Manager Frontend Center LogicaCMG.
B.I.G. Ltd keyplayers dedicate their fulltime support to do all that is required to have Ecoshi’s online
platform operational by the 4th quarter of 2008. In the course of quarter evaluation more personnel
will be recruited according to the generated workload. All implemented phases are time framed,
monitored and will be evaluated weekly under consultation with partner company LogicaCMG.
The cooperation with LogicaCMG is intensive. This especially applies to the specification- and
management phase and commercial part of the business. Developed application components
will be merged into a larger product so at the end of the specification phase a demo website is
available. The demo is equipped with a design which allows the user to experience the right
feeling. During the development phases we approach companies in all sectors to become a
“testing partner”. While our application is being developed by LogicaCMG we attract businesses,
professionals, generic people in all kinds of functions in all sectors to test-drive our application so
we can collect opinions to fine tune the development. In return for contributing their time and
effort for just looking and trying our online application, especially during the current testing phases,
we offer great incentives and other interesting business opportunities which we believe will benefit
all.
Especially during the early stages of development we keep in touch with our “testing partners”,
potential customers and future users on a bi-weekly basis through opt-in newsletters featuring the
launch of the demo website. We continue updating our users and sending promotional emails
even though the website is fully operational within the 1st quarter of 2009. Ecoshi the project is
ongoing with annually set targets (see chapter Long Term Table). Assessment of our product is
inherent to maintain our long term goal of becoming and being a part of the top ranking Eco-E-
Markets. From the beginning we engage our users through user-generated content, personal
intra-web pages as well as active network message boards, e-marketplace, balanced score
cards, media, news, environmental magazine, “our channels” and blogs.

¹ Phase 2: In this phase we are implementing the marketing campaign to attract global key
players like environmental orientated organizations such as Greenpeace, Discovery Channel,
Geographic Channel, Animal Planet etc. We attract other organizations who are already
implemented “being Green” internally, such as the automotive industry (BMW, Toyota, Honda,
Obvio). We are supporting organizations to become Green in collaboration with ISO
standardization Organizations such as Ecopass.
² Phase 4: We are in the process of establishing hotspots through out the globe where we can
reach organizations and offer tools to be a part of the-becoming-Green process. This process
enhances awareness. We educate communities to implement fast sustainable solutions which in
turn will help save the planet for the future. It’s our wish to support and implement environmental
legislation (local and international policies & compliance) referring to marine parks, aerial and on
land.
