Motivating, leading, empowering, developing and coaching staff are my passions and have been vital to the ongoing success of my business unit and personal development. Responsibilities: Drive culture change and accountability throughout the sales organization within the Yellow Pages office to foster a robust culture, centered on delivering outcomes and commercial excellence. Work with other managers to establish a strong future team and share a single vision of success though coaching and recruiting.
