Objective
Motivating, leading, empowering, developing and coaching staff are my passions and have been vital to the ongoing success of my business unit and personal development. I feel that organizations ongoing coaching and development is the key to a companys success. Delivering results and supporting change through effective transformational/situational leadership using the skills obtained over years of study and reflection. Previous experience in project management from conception to completion has giving me insight into budgeting, resourcing and coordinating to achieve the desired result including being on budget and on time. Diligent and motivated to learn through self-experience and reading well known authors guidance lessons. Setting high standards for myself and expectations of behaviors within the team has given me great success and rewards. As my referees will attest, I am a strong and intuitive individual who inspires trust and cooperation from others.

Responsibilities: Drive culture change and accountability throughout the sales organization within the Yellow Pages office to foster a robust culture, centered on delivering outcomes and commercial excellence. Work with other managers to establish a strong future team and share a single vision of success though coaching and recruiting. Team consisted of three Sales Managers who each managed a team of up to ten Media Sales Advisors (MSA). A dedicated digital specialist working within the teams would support the MSAs on sales skills, digital knowledge and administration of accounts through the companys database.
