Sometime we have to introduce someone to other people, that are our friend/s or our family (mother, father, brother, sister, grandparents, etc). To do that so we use personal pronoun, that is as subject or object. Personal pronoun as the subject of sentence (functioned as subject) usually gets in the beginning of sentence, and as the object (functioned as subject) usually gets at the end of sentence.

Adjective predicative is an adjective that is placed after the verb (such as be) in sentence. She is beautiful. She looks beautiful. The adjective beautiful in the sentence functions to describe the subject of sentences she and is placed after the predicates be and looks.

All of the italic words above are adjective. If we want to describe the characteristics of people, we use adjective. Do you know what an adjective is? An adjective is a word that is used to describe a person, place, or thing (something appearances). Most of adjective have no particular form. Usually an adjective has the sign adj in a dictionary. Possessive Adjective and Possessive Pronoun Possessive Pronouns are
also to say the fact that someone has something on its own without a noun. The noun is not mentioned because the person who are involved in the conversation already know the thing being said. Possessive pronoun are mine, ours, yours, his, hers, its, and theirs. Example: This is mine and that is yours.

Possessive adjectives come


before a noun for a connection, often the fact that someone has something. Possessive adjectives are my, her, his, their, our, its, and their. Example: This is my book.

Unit 4 Caring about the world What is caring? We know it when see it but it is still hard to say exactly what caring is. It can be reaching out to someone when they need help. It can be a feeling of sympathy toward someone less fortunate. It can be concern for what happens to other people: your parents, sisters and brothers, friends or your neighbors.
