You can view the enroute map with a North Up or Track Up orientation. To change map orientation: Tap the Compass Rose button.

To view details of a map object, tap and hold that object. The object turns magenta, and Jeppesen Mobile FD displays a popover with information about that object. Depending on the type of object you tap, you will receive additional information. Tap Additional.

Access Notes
Jeppesen Mobile FD provides a true paper-replacement solution. All of the notes provided on precomposed paper charts are available here. Notes fall into three categories: Operational Tactically important operational information regarding specific navigation elements. These notes are equivalent to Ball Flag notes on paper charts. Regional Specific procedures, conditions or requirements for a specific geographical region. These notes are equivalent to Floating notes on paper charts. Reference Aeronautical reference information for large charted areas. These notes are equivalent to End Panel notes on paper charts.

Only one weather selection can be made at one time. In other words, you cant display Surface Observations and Icing at the same time.

Note: Jeppesen Mobile FD can display up to four icing forecast images. The Forecast popover displays only the valid times. Expired forecasts do not display in the popover. The selected forecast time is remembered until Jeppesen Mobile FD is restarted.

To access a chart from a different chart group for your selected airport: 1. Tap the chart group for the chart you want to view. The chart selection popover displays a list of all charts of that type.
