The main applications are as following. A: parts surface heating treatment, parts surface hardening, tempering, annealing, etc. B: metal brazing, high-frequency brazing, pan bottom brazing, tool head brazing, copper brazing, lead-free soldering, vacuum fusion, etc. C: forging, shaping, warm bending, high frequency shrinkage fitting, heat enveloping, heat sealing, metal desiccating, nut inserting, rotor inserting, etc. D: precious metals melting. E. dry resin, resin coating, warm resin forming, shrinkage fitting & Extraction ect. induction heat treating Heat treating services including HSS Heat Treatment, Induction Hardening, Hardening and Tempering, Gas Carburizing, Case Hardening, Toughening, Carbo Nitriding, Core Refining, Spherodizing, Annealing, Normalizing, Stress Relieving, etc. Heat treatment is used to fabricate tool parts, jigs & fixtures, gears and gear parts, sprockets, gauges, moulds, piston rods, etc

induction brazing induction soldering Induction Soldering & Brazing machines serve industry sectors including automotive, aviation, liquid gas and white goods. Materials brazed include, aluminium, brass, copper, alloys, iron and stainless steel etc.

induction forging Induction Forging Technology is a method of plastically deforming a metal accomplished by hammering on a single piece of metal.

induction melting The heating of metal by induction has been in industrial use since the beginning of the 20th century, but it is only in the last few years that it has become possible to produce highefficiency, low to medium power apparatus, due entirely to semiconductors.Induction Melting Machines have achieved widespread recognition in the field of precious metal casting.

PWHT-Post Weld Heat Treatment

The Preheat Welding & Post Welding Heat Treatment series heating system are Air-cooled induction heating equipment with DSP system. Their main applications: Pipeline heating, pre-heating of welding pipeline, post-welding heat treatment, Stress Relieving, Transmission Pipeline, Pipeline Fabrication, Power Piping, Petrochemical, Shipbuilding, Mining Equipment Maintenance, Drill Pipe Manufacturing, Shrink Fit, stress relief, injection mold heating, annealing, etc. The industries involved are petrochemical, oil and gas pipelines, aerospace, shipbuilding, steel, boilers, vessels, pressure vessels, cylinders, metal structure, spatial structure, railway bridges, electricity water, mine construction, vehicle manufacturing, nuclear power, mining, plastics processing, energy saving process, screw barrel heating and other industries. Advantages: 1. Air cooling: Not water cooling, Convenience to install. 2. Temperature recorder: Record the whole heating curve 3. Flexible induction coil: Easy to wind on different working piece. 4. Temperature Controller: Keep the heating process same with PWHT requirement . 5. PLC touching screen: Intuitive to see and easy to operate. 6. Induction heating power: High heating speed and heating efficiency, energy Saving.

Induction Shrink Fitting Induction shrink fitting refers to the use of induction heater technology to pre-heat metal components between 150 C (302 F) and 300 C (572 F) thereby causing them to expand

and allow for the insertion or removal of another component. Typically the lower temperature range is used on metals such as aluminium and higher temperatures are used on metals such as low/medium carbon steels. The process avoids the changing of mechanical properties whilst allowing components to be worked. Metals typically expand in response to heating and contract on cooling; this dimensional response to temperature change is expressed as a coefficient of thermal expansion.
