1. Maintain role of facilitator to improve inclusion of smallholder farmers within market and innovation systems Promote innovative approach in improving smallholders access to land and other resources; to information and knowledge; to rural finance Engage simultaneously with key stakeholders : strengthening farmers skills and capacities, dialogue with government for an enabling environment and partner with the private sector

Recommendations from a SDC view


1. 2. Strengthen farmers capacities in linking with markets Improve services adapted to smallholders needs and to an evolving environment Support a conducive environment at national and regional level
