Ingredients:
3 cups water 4 pcs tomatoes, quartered 2 stalks lemongrass, tied cup ginger 2 stalks spring onion, tied into a bundle 2 sachets 8 mg MAGGI MAGIC SARAP kg tuna, cut into serving pieces 1 cup malunggay leaves
PROCEDURE 1. 2. 3. 4. Simmer tomato , lemongrass, ginger and spring onion in water for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP Add tuna and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat, remove lemongrass and add malunggay. Serve.

3/4 kilo tender pork or beef steaks, sliced 1 tablespoon kalamansi or lemon juice 5 tablespoons soy sauce 3 cloves of garlic 1 small piece ginger, crushed 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 cup onions, sliced in rings 4 tablespoons cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
Marinate the pork or beef steak in kalamansi (lemon) juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and pepper for 30 minutes. In a frying, add cooking oil. Add the marinated pork or beef steak and cook slow until done. Increase heat for a minute or two to brown steaks. Add the sliced onions and continue to cook for another minute. Serve on a platter including the oil and sauce. Best served with hot plain rice.

Fry potato and carrot in oil until golden brown Season beef with 2 pcs MAGIC SARAP., sear and set aside Saute garlic, onion and chili, Add tomato paste and liver spred, cook for 5 minutes Transfer into a pot together with the seared beef. Barely cover with water and simmer until tender. Add fried potato, carrot and bell peppers Season with 1 pc MAGGI MAGIC SARAP Finish with coconut cream

Season bangus with 1 sachets of MAGIC SARAP Mix onion and tomato, season with sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and stuff bangus Fold and wrap bangus with banana leaf Grill for 8 minutes per side. Serve

Season pork belly with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and lightly coat with oil. Preheat grill over medium heat using charcoal Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, catsup, brown sugar, chili, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Grill pork for 2 minutes per side then brush with the mixture and continue to grill until cooked Serve with spiced vinegar.

MAGIC EMBUTIDO INGREDIENTS: 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup fresh milk 1 kg ground pork, chilled 1 pc large carrot, grated 3 TBSP pickle relish cup raisins, chopped pc small red bell pepper, chopped small green bell pepper, chopped 3 pcs 8 g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 3 pcs egg, hard boiled, cut into wedges cup oil for frying
PROCEDURE: 1. Combine breadcrumbs and fresh milk. Set aside 2. Combine breadcrumbs and milk mixture with ground pork, carrot, pickle relish, raisins and bell peppers. 3. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and mix 4. Brush a little oil in aluminum foil and flatten 1 cup of the mixture. Place egg in a row and carefully roll into a log with the egg in the middle. Tie both ends to tighten. 5. Steam for 30 minutes and let it cool. 6. Unwrap and gently fry until golden brown. 7. Slice and serve with banana catsup. 12 15 serving
