The biggest challenge which Indian organized retail sector will face is the lack of retail space.

Walmart will lower prices to dump goods, get competition out of the way, become a monopoly, then raise prices.

More exposure to Online retail stores.

Increase in number of foreign players and scale of existing players.

WHY NOT? Predatory pricing would wipe out the unorganized sector gradually SMEs will be exploited by the organized sector due to bulk orders Lower prices would cut down the margins of the unorganized players
