“When God’s People Pray” Adult Study: Led by Pastor Jeff (See below!)

“When God’s People Pray” Adult Study Wednesday – Prayer can change lives and
circumstances like nothing else but many feel they really don’t know how to do it very effectively.
With that in mind, on Wednesday evening SoJ’s Prayer Vision Team is offering a 6-week series by
Pastor Jim Cymbala of the Brooklyn Tabernacle entitled When God’s People Pray. This video Bible
study will help us discover the keys that unlock the power of prayer and turn it from a mere
activity into a vital link with God and all His resources. Pastor Jeff visited the Brooklyn Tabernacle
in April and knows you will be inspired by their story of how prayer turned their tiny, struggling,
inner-city congregation into a vital, thriving community of believers who now pray with passion,
focus, and faith. Join Pastor Jeff and SoJ’s Prayer Vision Team as we share this journey of prayer
together!

New Vision Concert July 13 – New Vision is a group of young adults from Youth Encounter who
visited us in October, presenting a concert and providing music at worship. After spending several
months ministering in Australia, they are coming back, Friday, July 13 at 7 p.m., to present
another concert and share their experiences overseas! All ages will enjoy this special event!

know! If you’d like to become involved in this ministry, contact Pam Rousseau 407-568-4093 or
