CRE Certified Reliability Engineer, CSSBB Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and CQM/OE Certified Quality Manager / Organizational Excellency by the American Society for Quality (ASQ); with an extensive (8 years) handson experience in Maintenance Development, Reliability and Quality Improvement. Having an Engineering background and a master degree in maintenance quality, in addition to a structured training record covers RCM II, RBI, NDT, PMP, ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor, ISO 17025:2005, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 14001:2004, etc; provided me with a solid knowledge foundation. I have gained my experience through training and working in different countries such as Korea, KSA, UAE and Egypt, and that has given me the opportunity to deal with different cultures in different communities. Working for MERIDIUM as an RCM consultant in the UAE gave me a good understanding of the world class asset integrity management packages as well as valuable experience on the oil field in the gulf area. Moreover, working for a big multinational organization such as LG electronics and Bureau Veritas made me aware of these firms work environment, culture and code of ethics. Having work experience in the biggest Egyptian maintenance service provider as a Reliability section head in the R&D sector, offered me a precious chance to satisfy my instinct towards innovation and continuous improvement. My current activities include building a reliability team, creating a reliability culture and developing a Reliability Management System package.

Easily adapted to various cultures as proved when I worked for LG electronics; where my direct manager was Korean, the suppliers representatives were from different countries such as China, Indonesia, Vietnam,etc. Also proved when I worked for Bureau Veritas; where my direct manager was Tunisian and my colleagues were from different countries such as Philippines, Jordan, Morocco, India, Pakistan, Lebanon, KSA,etc.

2009, the second Egyptian person to be certified as a Reliability Engineer by ASQ. 2009, the best HSE E-mail alert prize in the Egyptian Maintenance Company. 2002, a former active member at Alexandria University Science Club in the electronics branch and gained the first place over Egypt in this branch. 1998/99, gained the first place over Alexandria University in chess competitions and gained the first place over the Arabian universities. 1995/96, gained the first place over Alexandria and the third place over Egypt in the national chess competitions as well.

March 2011 - till now, working for Egyptian Maintenance Company as a Reliability Engineering Section Head in the R&D Sector in the Asset Integrity Management department. Roles and Responsibilities:

To apply RCM II according to SAE JA1012 in the oil and gas field according to client request. To innovate a Reliability management system software package and validate it through case studies. To prepare and instruct RCM and Reliability training courses for engineers and staff to create a Reliability culture and to build EMC-RCM team.

November 2010 - February 2011, supplied from Egyptian Maintenance Company to MERIDIUM Company as RCM Consultant in Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation (ADCO) RCM project at ASAB filed. Roles and Responsibilities:

To provide RCM training for ADCOs employees. To facilitate RCM analysis in order to create operating context document, Functional block diagram according to IDEF and FMECA. To generate optimized maintenance plan according to RCM analysis results. To load the analyses into MERIDIUM RCM software module. To show the failures which have occurred and are documented in ADCOs CMMS. To provide reliability analytics by showing trending of equipment MTBFs. To provide Weibull or other distribution analyses to illustrate any likely reliability behavior that the CMMS data can confirm/deny. Assist in providing illustration of other MERIDIUM content support which can aid in making RCM decisions.

March 2008 - October 2010, working for Egyptian Maintenance Company as a Senior Reliability Engineer in the global Maintenance department. Roles and Responsibilities:
