Remus S-Cube walk on stainless steel [V4A]

In design its the details that create the big difference. Just like a floor with sparkling artworks made of stainless steel the Remus S-Cubes. They are perfectly suited for use as a design element in new structures and can be easily integrated into existing areas of paving through removal. Remus S-Cubes are available in various formats (8x8x6 cm, 10x10x6 cm, 12x12x6 cm or 20x10x6 cm) and different designs (smooth, grooved, dimpled or individually imprinted). They are easily combined among each other and can be treated just like a regular paving stone. With the technology of hydromechanical deep drawing it became possible to manufacture a paving stone out of stainless steel. Remus S-Cubes are made out of stainless steel V4A, filled with concrete and are resistant to weather, road salt and frost.

My Remus S-Cube - Individuality eternalised in stainless steel

Some moments in life are so unique that you want to capture them for a lifetime. Remus S-Cubes offer the possibility to eternalise moments in stainless steel. Individual motives like important dates, emblems or even the footprint of the newly born can be imprinted or lased into a Remus S-Cube. Your possibilities are only limited by your own imagination. The only thing you have to provide is an electronic template, which will then be ball blasted on the Remus S-Cube. If you opt for an even more exclusive way, we imprint your motive with an especially crafted stamp.

Production
Remus S-Cubes are made out of premium steel (V4A, 1.4404) which is stainless and acid-resistant and entirely produced in Austria. The hydromechanical deepdrawing technology enables a very sensitive metal forming for all formats and surfaces. Therefore Remus S-Cubes are shapely and stable. Weldseams and sanding can be avoided. The deep-drawn Remus S-Cube is trimmed by a non-cutting separation process. A protective film is placed on the Remus S-Cube through the entire production process and prevents it from any damages. Remus S-Cubes are filled with concrete and undergo an extensive cleaning and quality control before leaving the factory.

Surface: 1mm stainless steel (V4A), seamless, deep-drawn, weather-proof, road salt-proof Filled with concrete: C25/30/XC3/XD2/XF4, frost-proof, truck-drivable The height (6 cm) could be suited (smaller). Therefore we have to fix a minimum purchase quantity. Optional coat: titanium-nitrified (gold-colored) in all formats and surfaces, thickness of coat TIN >2XX, hardness of surface 2000hv, wear resistant for walking and car driving without any mechanical action
