Dear brothers and sisters, In less than a month, we will all gather at the World Trade Center to celebrate 20 years of beautiful transformations, fruitful journeys, extraordinary experiences, and abundant blessings. The 20th SFC International Conference will be a venue for us to look back and be grateful for Gods faithfulness and goodness to the community. But more than that, it will also make us excited and hopeful for the even greater things that our Lord has planned for all of us. As we always say, the best is yet to come! LIST OF CONFIRMED DELEGATES We will release the list of confirmed delegates as soon as all transactions are confirmed. Those whose transactions are still pending, we request that you send via email (mail to: aizagarnica@sfcglobal.org) a copy of your deposit slips along with the transaction ID/s to hasten the process of confirmation.
Conference kits can be claimed at the Secretariat Area on Friday, February 15, from 9am-4pm only. Kits will be distributed per chapter through the delegation head. The delegation head should present his/her SFC ID and a copy of the confirmation email/s with the list of delegates from their chapter.
III. ID
All delegates are required to wear their SFC ID. Those without RFIDs yet may still use their old IDs or may order online at www.cfchomeoffice.com.
IV. FOOD DISTRIBUTION
1. A NO STUB, NO FOOD policy will be implemented for this conference. 2. You can claim your food during the following distribution periods: Friday Dinner 6:00 PM 7:00 PM Saturday Breakfast* 7:00 AM 8:00 AM Saturday Lunch* 11:30 AM 12:30 PM Saturday Dinner 4:30 PM 5:30 PM Sunday Breakfast 7:00 AM 8:00 AM Sunday Lunch 11:30AM 12:30PM Note: Saturday Breakfast and Lunch will be distributed at the Workshop Venue (Ninoy Aquino Stadium). 3. All delegates are advised to bring their own tumbler and eating utensils (spoon and fork). There will be drinking water stations within the Food Distribution Area.

TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES

SECURITY 1. Part of the kit is the daily pop tag which the delegates should wear upon entering and while inside the conference venue. All SFC delegates must also wear their respective IDs (or RFIDs) throughout the conference. 2. Only those wearing the pop tag for the day will be allowed to enter the conference venue. 3. Be responsible and accountable for personal belongings especially the important ones. 4. Just like in the past conferences, the following rules still apply within the conference venue for the duration of the event: a. NO SMOKING. b. NO DRINKING OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. c. NO BRINGING OF ANY DEADLY WEAPON. 5. Hired security personnel will roam around the area to ensure strict compliance with the conferences general security guidelines.
MEDICAL MISSION 1. There will be available doctors and nurses during the conference to attend to medical needs of the delegates. Medicines for emergency cases (e.g., injuries, wounds, dizziness, etc.) are also readily available. 2. Those with special health conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension, vertigo), are advised to bring their own medicine.

PRE-ICON ACTIVITIES
Online registration for the PRE-ICON is extended until January 30 to accommodate those whose transactions are still pending. Registration fee is Php400 for all PRE-ICON activities. There are four PRE-ICON activities to choose from. You have the option to attend just one or attend all. But since the rate is already inclusive of the fees for all activities, we encourage you to be present at all four activities.

WALK IN REGISTRATION
We will be accepting WALK-IN REGISTRATNS for the Couple Coordinators Conference. Registration fee is still Php600 per couple / Php300 per head exclusive of food. Kits will only be given until supplies last. Please understand that the kits and food are being ordered before the event, thus only those who registered online are counted.

WORKSHOP DETAILS
For our 20th Conference, we will have two workshops which can be attended by all the delegates, thus no separate registration is required. Workshops will be on Saturday, February 16, at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium. The first workshop will be from 8:00AM 12:00NN while the second workshop is from 1:00PM-4:00PM. All delegates are requested to attend both workshops. Saturday breakfast and lunch will be distributed at the workshop venue. Transportation will be available for the delegates to travel to World Trade Center after the workshops. Delegates are advised to prepare at least Php15.00 for the fare from Ninoy Aquino Stadium to the World Trade Center. For inquiries or concerns, contact Ghie Guzman at ghieguzman@sfcglobal.org.
