Ezekiel and David Ezekiel has written "And I will establish for them one shepherd and he will

l shepherd them, My servant David, he will shepherd them and he will be their shepherd. And I the Lord will be their God, and My servant David a prince amongst them, I the Lord have spoken. And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and I will cause wild animals to desist from the land, and they will dwell in the desert in security and they shall sleep in the forests." (Ezekiel 34:23-25) "And My servant David (a) king over them, and one shepherd shall be for all of them, and they will walk in My statutes, and they will keep My laws and observe them. And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to My servant Jacob, that your forefathers dwelt there, and they will dwell upon it, them, their children, and their childrens children, unto eternity, and My servant David (a) prince for them forever. And I will make with them a covenant of peace an eternal covenant it will be with them, and I will set them down and I will increase their number, and I will place My sanctuary in their midst forever." (Ezekiel 37:24-26) So, I humbly ask: What is the difference between David being anointed by Samuel and David Our Eternal King, (a Prince among Them according to Ezekiel) upon the Resurrection? I say it is that David is King when the People rejected HaShem to go in and out for them (lead them in battle. Give us a king like all other nations; was their cry in the days of Samuel. 1 Samuel 8.5, etc.) before the resurrection; while David is prince anointed with the full gift of prophesy (HaShems Spirit upon the Nation) because the Entire Nation Praises HASHEM and has the gift of prophesy upon the Resurrection of the Dead! That is, when everyone is Praising HASHEM, it is HASHEM who is KING and David is recognized as Prince. Human beings through the ages have tended to want to visualize G-D and conceptualized G-D in various ways. In doing so, Israel has in various periods done so as well. That is, they have wanted a visual manifestation of G-D, some visual semblance of Deity that they can confirm with their eyes and hands, or smell, taste or hear. This tendency is because of the frail nature of human beings have a limitation called flesh and bone. They are apt to trust what they can see. For Human beings to trust what is unknown, or without a physical manifestation goes against the frail human nature. Yet Judaism teaches that the entire Nation witnessed the prophesy of Moshe at Har Sinai and HaShem had faith in that Prophesy that it would sustain the Nation and draw others into the Nation without a physical manifestation of HaShems Divine Presence and Truth. So great was that Trust in the Nation of Israel that it has set them apart from all other religions down through the ages and given them the merit of multiple Prophets and the Prophesy of David as their Eternally Grateful and Humble Prince!
