Desk Pad Calendars

IMPRINT AREA — See diagrams below. Calendars may
begin with any month and run twelve consecutive months.
PAPER — 12 sheets of 50 lb. white offset.
COPY CHANGES — Individual customer orders containing
separate copy cannot be combined to create one order.
However, changes of a few lines of copy, such as individual
branch addresses for the same company, are available
for $80.00(G) extra for each change. Catalog minimums
apply.
LOGOS, PHOTOGRAPHS, ETC. — There is no extra
charge for artwork or copy submitted as a digital file if it is
in one of our supported software formats and it does not
require reworking. See pages 2-3 for more information and
file submission guidelines. Reproductions of photos, screen
or phantom images, engineer’s graph, screened grids and
reverses cost $18.00(G) extra.
NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME — 15 business days
from final proof approval. NOTE: We may require extended
production time from October through December.
PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS — When ordering,
please be sure to provide the following information:
• Item number, size, starting month, number of months and
color of ink.
• Color of corners
DROP SHIPMENT — No extra charge for drop
shipment if in multiples of our standard packaging,
otherwise add $7.00(G) per location and $2.00(G)
per carton.
Packing – Bulk. 50/carton (unless specified) - 40 lbs.
MAILING CONTAINERS – $1.30(G) extra for each
container.

INK — Your ad imprint is available in any one KR Line

standard color at catalog prices. See page 33 for a chart
of our standard colors. If a non-standard color is desired,
please specify a Pantone® color or send us an ink sample.
