Society shall make amendments to their morals and shall enforce sexual intercourse as very normal moral behavior by not giving it much importance. It has to be like brushing the teeth or eating or defecating. Corruption of mind is what the reason for rape or anything which we can say unacceptable to atleast this set of community. We conditioned our mind to become corrupt by setting erroneous morals but that can be undone by coating a further layer of conditioning to atleast make things suitable for this present set of society. We shall be teaching generation that sex is not corrupt or putrid but a very unimportant thing (so that importance of sexual intercourse can be seeped into them when their time comes for realization) which we are supposed to explain to them with a very trivial gesture. This is the only real solution. Punishing may give some temporary quick result but shall not achieve anything in very long term.
