The Event: The Law and Liberty tour of 2013 is traveling across America looking for liberty-minded people to learn why Biblical law is the only foundation for morality and liberty. The 2013 Law & Liberty Tour by The Chalcedon Foundation February 23, 2013 in McAllen, TX 9am to 4pm The Speakers: Mark R. Rushdoony is the President of the Chalcedon Foundation and only son of the late R. J. Rushdoony. He has a B.A. in history from Los Angeles Baptist College (now The Masters College) and served as the Director of Chalcedon Christian School for 14 years while teaching full time before accepting the position as President of Chalcedon in 1998. He has written scores of articles for publications such as Faith for All of Life (formerly the Chalcedon Report) and is a contributing author to The Great Christian Revolution. He has spoken at numerous conferences and churches in the U.S. and abroad. Mark Rushdoony lives in Vallecito, California, his home of 31 years with his wife of 33 years and his youngest son. He has three married children and four grandchildren. www.chalcedon.edu Martin G. Selbrede is the Vice-President of the Chalcedon Foundation and senior researcher for the organizations ongoing work of Christian scholarship. He has written numerous articles, essays, and position papers for such publications as Faith for All of Life, the Chalcedon Report, and The Journal of Christian Reconstruction. He has traveled extensively to speak on behalf of Christian Reconstruction and the Chalcedon Foundation and is considered one of the foremost experts in the thinking of R. J. Rushdoony. He resides with his wife, Kathy Selbrede, in Austin, Texas. www.chalcedon.edu Bojidar Marinov is a Bulgarian Missionary who founded Bulgarian Reformation Ministries, an organization committed to the translation of foundational Christian literature of current and former Reformers to put into the hands of Bulgarians. His work has completed the translation of over 35,000 pages of translation available online for Bulgarian Christians. His self proclaimed goal is, "To help Bulgarians re-form their worldview to one based on a comprehensive view of the Scripture, using our translations and publications as the foundation for their understanding." www.bulgarianreformation.org
