Information about your organisation The mission and main activities of the organisation The Infinite Opportunities Association is an NGO established at the beginning of 2010 that is committed to youthwork, active citizenship, promotion of non-formal education and encouraging young people to develop their social and creative potential for a better future for everyone. The Association has focused all its efforts so far in assisting the exchange, elaboration and implementation of ideas, projects and initiatives for social representation and equal opportunities of minority and unpriviledged groups in the cultural, social and political life of the country, as well as in attrcting public attention to the problems of sustaiinable living and social inclusion in Bulgarian society.

Project information: Preliminary project title (if applicable): EUROPE FOR Youth Wave of Change Towards a Common Future (working title) Action 2: Active civil society in Europe

CITIZENS ACTION Measure 3: Support to projects initiated by civil society organisations Duration: 15 months Aims, objectives, Changing nationalistic and stereotyped attitudes towards the EU and general approach: its enlargement into local communities in the participating countries through promotion of core EU values such as human dignity, freedom, respect for human rights and equality. The project will focus not on politics and official governmental positions but on people to people relations in our everyday life and the place which those fundamental values have within our societies. Target-groups: Activities: Youth leaders and activists, university and high school students. Wider public as an indirect target group Following the name of the project, all project activities will represent different stages of the creation of a wave. - Training of 25 young leaders willing to become ambassadors of EU core values and advocates of EU enlargement policy into the local communities of the participating countries; - Initiation and conduction of local competitions promoting the values of United Europe; - Presentations of EU core values and organization of both online and offline discussions on the future enlargement of the EU led by the trained youth advocates; - International conference on Europe Day 2014. Expected outcomes (results, effects, products, etc) The project will be focused on the production, promotion and distribution of various audio-visual materials such as podcasts, short documentary, online debates, youtube channel which will further raise the awareness of the local communities of the participating countries towards the core values of the European Union.
