STRATEGIC PLANNING WRITESHOP


Rationale Visioning provides a way to align people, with a higher purpose, in the company. It gives key personnel a deeper sense of the companys contribution to humanity beyond the products and services that it offers. The Strategic Planning Writeshop is intended to provide a clear direction to be undertaken by the company in the future. It allows participants to assess the current needs that the company faces and complement these needs with appropriate strategies. The training process is highly interactive and participant-centered to generate the intended results.
