4. 2. 7. All entry fees must accompany entry form in full. Prize fees will be returned 100%. Ratio of each division prizes will be at least one (1) in each six (6) entries. Event Fee will be $ 30.00 per event (Prize Fund $ 17.00 Expenses and Lineage $ 13.00). Optional Scratch & Open All-Events fee will be $ 10.00, per event (Prize Fund $ 9.00 & Expenses $ 1.00). 8. Any four NCTUSBC members (any combination male and/or female) may make up a team,. 9. No one may compete more than once in any event. A bowler who enters singles must enter doubles and vice-versa. 10. Bowlers entered in team, doubles, and single events may participate in all-events by paying the sum of $10.00, per bowler. 11. Optional Scratch team and doubles events must be paid by all four team members or both double members to be eligible for the events. 12. Captains must check in 30 minutes prior to bowling in the team event. Lanes for both team and minor events will be assigned by the tournament manager. 13. In the minor events, doubles will be bowled first. When completed, singles will be rolled on the same pair of lanes. 14. No entry forms will be accepted unless properly filled out, listing the players full names, captains name and address, and their correct averages. 15. The NCTUSBC Open Tournament shall be played in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the USBC. 16. CLASSIFIED DIVISIONS Division 1 Doubles 381 and above - Division 2 Doubles 380 and below Division 1 Singles 191 and above - Division 2 Singles 190 and below.

1. All members of the North Central Texas USBC are eligible to participate in the tournament. Members from other associations are allowed to bowl by paying the NCTUSBC local association dues ($ 10.00) at the tournament site. Youth bowlers are not allowed. 2. This tournament shall be conducted on an individual handicap basis, 90% of 230. 3. Averages for this tournament are to be the highest average of 21 or more games bowled in any USBC certified league at the end of the previous league season (2011-2012), as recorded on BOWL.com. Averages established in certified leagues in the summer season shall be accepted as an official average. Persons who do not have a sufficient number of games bowled to establish an average as of March 3rd shall submit their current average of 21 games or more to the tournament manager as of the day they bowl in the tournament. Bowlers who do not have an established average of 21 games or more shall be required to bowl scratch (230). 4. Failure to use the proper average shall disqualify the bowlers scores, if submitted average is lower than actual average. Prize winnings shall be based on the submitted average if it is higher than the actual average. All prize winning scores will be verified using the 10 pin increase (Rule 319a-2). Use of 10 pin increase or current average requires average verification with league standing sheet. 5. Corrections in averages can be made up to the completion of the first game of a bowlers first series. See USBC Rule 319e on average adjustment. Bowlers should familiarize themselves with USBC Rule 319c on re-rating. Tournament management has the authority to re-rate any bowler. 6. Any bowler who has had their average re-rated by a local association or tournament club must notify the tournament manager and must use the re-rated average in the tournament. Tournament bowlers are required to report their previous tournament prize winnings of $600.00 or more as a condition of entry Questions? (Rule 319d).
