Brief Description
The Erasmus Mundus Iran Iraq Yemen (EMIIY) is a scholarship programme open to nationals from Iran, Iraq and Yemen who want to study or work at one of the European partner universities. The scholarship programme is open for students on undergraduate, master, doctoral and post-doctoral level as well as for university staff. It is financed by the European Commission.

Eligible Criteria
1. Only nationals of Iran, Iraq or Yemen are eligible to apply. 2. No students can benefit from a second scholarship for the same type of mobility under another Erasmus Mundus Action 2 project (does not apply to staff). 3. Candidates cannot benefit from more than one mobility activity within the same project. 4. Undergraduate students (Bachelor level) must have successfully completed at least one year of studies at their home university. 5. Applicant must hold English proficiency test certificate.

Netherlands Fellowship Program for Masters, PhD, and Short Courses

The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) are demanddriven fellowship programmes designed to promote capacity building within organizations in 61 developing countries by providing training and education to their midcareer staff members. The NFP is funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the development cooperation budget. The scholarships allow candidates to pursue Master studies, PhD studies, or short courses at Dutch Universities or academic institutions.

The KennedyLugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program

Government Scholarship Program for Graduate Students

3. Applicants must hold a Bachelors or Masters degree as of September 1st of the selection year. Applicants who have enrolled in or graduated from a university in Korea are not eligible for the KGSP program. Specifically, applicants who have previously enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate program, a masters program, or a doctoral program in Korea cannot apply for this program. 4. Applicants must maintain a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.64 on a 4.0 scale, 2.80 on a 4.3 scale, 2.91 on a 4.5 scale, or grades/marks/score of 80% or higher from the previously attended institution. If the applicant does not satisfy the above GPA requirements, he/she will be ineligible to apply to this program.

Swiss Scholarships for Foreign Students

The Swiss Government, through the Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS), awards various postgraduate scholarships to foreign scholars and researchers: University scholarships (Swiss universities, Federal Institutes of Technology as well as Universities of Applied Sciences) and Arts scholarships (schools of music and fine arts, only for a limited number of countries). These scholarships provide graduates from all fields with the opportunity to pursue doctoral or postdoctoral research in Switzerland at one of the public funded university or recognized institution.

The Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS) is an initiative by the Malaysian Government to attract the best brain from around the world to pursue advanced academic studies in Malaysia. This scholarship aims to support Malaysian Government's effort to attract, motivate and retain talented human capital from abroad. The Erasmus Mundus Iran, Iraq and Yemen (SALAM) is a scholarship programme open to nationals from Iran, Iraq and Yemen who want to study or work at one of the European partner universities.
