1.0 IPAMA
Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers' Association, in short IPAMA, is an All India apex body of manufacturers' of Printing, Packaging, Converting, Digital and Signage Machinery. Ever since its inception 1991, IPAMA is dedicated to dissemination of information on technology, market perspectives and various developments taking place around the World, relevant to the Indian Graphic Arts Industry. As an active member of the Committee for Indian Standards for printing industry, under aegis of Bureau of Indian Standards, IPAMA plays a vital role in formulating Standards for Indian products. As a result, today, Indian products have earned global acceptance. IPAMA is dedicated for promotion of the Industry. As a member of Asia Print and Global Print, plays vital role in Global fraternity. Thus, strives to build Incredible Brand India image. Amongst other activities, for promoting the industry, every two years it holds International Exhibition, PRINTPACK INDIA of on-going technology and state-of-the-art equipment, Seminars, Conferences and Workshops. This is one of the mega showcase of the industry in South East Asia. The 11th exposition is slated for 23rd to 28th February 2013, at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, NCR Delhi. IPAMA is a two-way conduit also. Matters of importance to the Industry are taken up with various agencies, both statutory and non-statutory. 3.0 Connectivity
India Expo Centre is located in Greater Noida, near the JP Golf Course and within easy reach of Central Delhi and the International Airport on the new 8-lane Greater Noida Expressway. The venue is easily accessible by car from Central Delhi within 45 minutes. There are several routes available from the centre of Delhi. Route 1 : Via Ring Road New Delhi Take the DND (Noida Toll) bridge and approach Greater Noida exit after the toll booths. Continue past Film City and onto the Expressway. Route 2 : Via Mathura Road - Apollo Hospital - Kalindi Kunj Drive past the Apollo Hospital & take left for Kalindi Kunj to reach Amity flyover & take loop to get on the Expressway. Route 3 : Via Ghaziabad - NH24 - Mayur Vihar Take NH 24 and continue left from Akshardham Setu on Mayur Vihar - Noida road, through the DND underpass. Continue past Film City and onto the Expressway.

All payments should be remitted through an Account Payee Cheque or Demand Draft, drawn on any Scheduled Bank and payable at par, at Noida / New Delhi, in favor of IPAMAPRINTPACK INDIA 2013. Bank Commission etc., if any, to participant's account. Outstation Cheques are not acceptable. Full & Final payment should be made on or before 15th January 2013. Failure to remit the installments in time will attract penal interest @ 2% per month or part thereof. No participant will be allowed to bring in the exhibits into the Exhibition Ground, if he is in arrears to IPAMA either towards Space Rentals / Electric / Compressed Air / Water Charges / or charges of any other nature. 11.6 Late Application Subject to availability of rental space, late application from exhibitor may be entertained by IPAMA. The last date for such application is 15th January 2013. Allotment of space or rejection of such late application will be at the sole discretion of IPAMA. 11.7 Cancellation In case of cancellation of participation by any of the participant at any stage, no refund of money paid till that date will be made by IPAMA, before the exhibition. Also, no refund of money received till that date will be made in case of postponement or cancellation of the Exhibition by IPAMA due to force majeure and reasons beyond IPAMA's control. In the event of such postExhibition Mannual
ponement or cancellation of PRINTPACK INDIA 2013, IPAMA shall not be liable for any losses or damages, consequential or otherwise, arising out of such postponement or cancellation, to the participants. 11.8 Stall Allocation Based on first-come-first served basis, allocation of the stall will be made by IPAMA. The details of stall/space allotted will be communicated to the participant by 15th January 2013. IPAMA reserve the right to re-allocate the space allotted to the participant at any time, prior to the commencement of the Exhibition, should exceptional circumstances warrant such change to the location, size and dimensions of the stall. IPAMA further reserve the right to shift or close entrances and exits of the stall or remove any of the proposed amenities and undertake any structural alterations. Such re-allocations will be at the sole discretion of IPAMA and the exhibitor shall have no claim for compensation as a result of the re-allocation, as above. 11.9 Use of Stall Space The exhibitor is required to exhibit the goods and to man the stall with competent personnel during the Exhibition hours. The exhibitor will be liable for any damage to walls and floors etc., of the structures in which the exhibits are housed. Except for basic Light Fittings, Fascia, Carpet, 3 Chairs, 1 Table, 6 Spot Lights with an Electric Socket outlet and 1 Dustbin provided in stall under Shell Space Scheme (per 15 Sq. Mtrs. and on pro-rata basis) by IPAMA, all other 23
decorations, furnishings, fittings, display, lighting etc., will have to be carried out by the exhibitor. 11.10 Tariff for Electricity Tariff for Power Supply is Rs. 500/- per kw/ day, during pre-exhibition, exhibition and post exhibition days. 11.11 Load Calculation Load calculation should be done on the basis of Connecting Load of the Machines to be displayed in the stall. Exhibitor drawing excess power than the power applied, would be charged at double the rates. Shell Space will have General Lighting. As such participant booking Shell Space should only indicate Power Load for running machines. The participant booking Bare Space should include Lighting Load also while applying for Power Load for running machines. Revised requirement for Power should be furnished as per Form-I, on or before 15th January 2013. 11.12 Power Distribution a) Power requirements and connections will be authorized by IPAMA after prescribed charges are received. b) One 5/15amp. socket will be made available in Shell Stall upto 15 Sq. Mtrs. and incase of more on pro-rata basis, as a facility for lighting/fans etc. c) For the total Power Load requirement Exhibition Mannual
one connection (normally of 3 phase) will be provided at the stall. Single phase connection, however, could also be provided on request. Further distribution of power within the stall will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. d) The exhibitor will be responsible to get the wiring done inside the Stall at his own cost for the machines, air-conditioners, lights and other electrical equipment and connect the wires into the power outlet in the stall. e) Exhibitor should assign the work to his competent electrical contractor. The cost of all such electrical work within the stall will be solely borne by the exhibitor. 11.13 Prohibitions on Power Supply The exhibitor is prohibited from: a) Drawing electric power in excess of the Connected Load without the approval of IPAMA. b) Re-selling electricity to a third party. c) Utilizing electricity by making alterations, modifications etc., to electrical equipments. d) The exhibitor shall cause his electrical installations to be inspected and certified conforming to the relevant Acts, Rules and Specifications of the Indian Electricity Act/ Rules by the venue's electrical engineer, at site. e) IPAMA reserves the right to discontinue the Power Supply to an exhibitor in the event of infringement of the prescribed 24
rules and regulations. f) IPAMA shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained by the exhibitor due to suspension, limitation or discontinuance of Power Supply service in case of natural disasters, failure of bulk Power Supply to the exhibition, suspension of Power Supply for safety reasons or due to any other causes beyond the control of IPAMA or for disconnecting of Power Supply to any exhibitor for infringement of the above regulations. g) The exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any claim for damages or loss arising out of faulty wiring in his stand, infringement of the regulations, any injury to third person or visitor, damage to property of the neighboring exhibitor or the assets of IPAMA. The exhibitor shall make good any such loss to IPAMA and to the affected party. Note: The generation, distribution and use of electricity in the Union of India are regulated by the Indian Electricity Act, 1956 as amended from time to time. The provisions of the above Act/ Rules, shall apply to all exhibitors. 11.14 Water for Machines Tariff for Water Connection: @ Rs. 7,000/per Tap for the entire duration of the exhibition. 11.15 Stall Erection Exhibitor in Bare Space must submit to IPAMA the design and drawing of their stall (floor plan & elevation) in 3D view (three dimensional view) showing the position of Exhibition Mannual
machines/exhibits, fittings, furniture and office cubicles etc., along with their dimensions in Meter, latest by 15th January 2013, as per Form-II. The height of the side panel and walls not to exceed 2.5 Mtr. Modifications/alterations suggested by IPAMA will be binding on the exhibitor. The names of empanelled agencies are as per Annexure-II(a). Exhibitors must issue a letter of authorization to their representative or their respective Stand Contractors to take stand possession, as per Form-III and begin the work of installing machines and exhibits from 20th February 2013, in Halls and in Hangars from 19th February 2013, from 8:00 Hrs. onwards. This work must be completed by 18.00 hours on 22nd February 2013. Thereafter no work will be permitted to be carried out in the Halls/Hangars. It is proposed to hold the Inaugural Function on Saturday, the 23rd February 2013, 10:30am. The exhibitor should, therefore, ensure that the stall is completed in every respect by the deadline date and time. Note: It is highly desirable on the part of the exhibitor to plan arrival of exhibit cases well in advance at the venue, immediately on commencement of the entry period, as per the table below. The exhibitor is also advised to discuss and plan their schedules of bringing in exhibits with the approved Freight Forwarders and On-Site Material Handling Agents to ensure trouble free handling of exhibits.

11.16 Stand Construction, Decoration & Display Guidelines for stand construction, decoration & display To achieve uniformity in display and appearance of the entire exhibition and to ensure proper presentation of all exhibits, Exhibitors are advised to strictly follow the guidelines for stand construction, decoration & display specified by the Organiser, as below: General a) Organizer will demarcate the stands within the Halls/Hangars. Exhibitor may take assistance from the Hall Manager for locating their stand. b) There will not be Vehicle movement inside Halls / Hangars on 22nd Feb 2013. As such, exhibitor is advised to ensure that, his exhibits are installed / placed in his stall before the cut off date by 8.00 am. c) Exhibitor shall ensure that his booth is built & dismantled in a safe, systematic and organized manner, within the specified build-up & dismantling period. d) In case actual display arrangement of a stand is not in conformity to the approved layout plan or guidelines, the Organiser shall remove such installation from the stand at the cost and risk of the Exhibitor. Further, any part of the exhibit/stand which appears unsightly to the Organiser, must be covered by the Exhibitor, failing which Organiser will have the same covered at Exhibitor's cost & risk. Decision of the Organiser in this regard will be final and binding. Exhibition Mannual
e) More than 20% of any open side cannot be blocked. f) Exhibitor should not take support of any permanent structures in Exhibition Halls/ Hangars for display. g) Woodworking inside/outside the Exhibition Halls / Hangars is prohibited. Exhibitor is advised to bring prefabricated stands for assembly in the Exhibition Halls/Hangars. If any Exhibitor fails to abide the above guidelines, he will have to pay penalty which will be decided by the Organiser on site. h) Exhibitor is advised not to use any vacant space around their stands for storage or otherwise. This could be hazardous and could restrict the movement of service personnel. Organiser reserve the right to remove such material at the risk & cost of the Exhibitor. i) Installation of Air conditioners of any type inside the stand is not permitted. j) Grouting/drilling of holes in the floor or walls is not permitted. k) Spray painting is not allowed inside the Exhibition Hall / Hangar. l) No suspended structures are permitted from the ceiling of the exhibition Halls / Hangars. Presentation and installation of exhibits and machines a) Not more than 60% of the total space should be used for display of exhibits. 26
b) Not more than 15% of the total space should be used for office area. c) A Minimum of 25% of the total space should be left open for free movement of visitors. d) All exhibits and machines should be placed in normal operating position as if on shop floor. e) No part of any exhibit/display should project out of the stand boundaries. Exhibits / machines /showcases / display podiums must be placed at least 0.7m away from the boundary of open sides of the stand. (see figure)

The height of the partition or divider should not exceed 2.5m. Both sides of the partition should be properly finished and painted, particularly the partition on the side of their neighbouring stand. Exhibitor is advised to make side partitions in mutual agreement with neighbours. c) Display panels, branding towers, sample holders, photographs and other display material are permitted in the stand, subject to a maximum height of 3.5m. d) Spotlights, focus lights etc., are permitted provided these are fitted along with the stand structure within the maximum height of 3.5m. e) Exhibitor having wall(s) along with his stall boundary or pillar within stands, may cover the same with wooden panels without causing damage to the walls, pillars, floor or any structure of the Exhibition Halls / Hangars. However, electric panels on the walls or duct doors in the pillars, if any, should be kept accessible for the Organiser, for maintenance. Floor Covering a) Carpeting of the stands is compulsory for all Exhibitors. Use of suitable commercial material for floor covering inside the stands is permitted. Gluing/pasting of carpets on the floor may be done only by using easily removable bi-adhesive tape that leaves no marks on the floor. 27
b) Stand floor should not be painted or varnished nor floor covering be stuck permanently to the floor. Office Areas Exhibitor can set up office enclosures in his stand. Height of the office enclosures cannot exceed 2.5m. The area of the office enclosure should be proportionate to the area of the stand as under Advertising & Display a) Display of Names/logos of any indirect Exhibitor on the fascia of the stands is strictly prohibited. b) Exhibitors will not be permitted to display / demonstrate any equipment or exhibit which causes high level of pollution in terms of noise. c) Use of potted plants is allowed in the stand. Construction of Mezzanine Floor a) Mezzanine would be charged extra @Rs. 3,600/- per Sq. Mtrs. b) Mezzanine floors are permitted only for exhibitors who have taken 125 Sq. Mtrs. space or more. The area of the mezzanine floor not to exceed 25% of the allotted stand area. c) The maximum permissible height of the stand covered with mezzanine floor not exceed 4.0m (i.e. 2.5m+1.5m). Height of the stand in all other areas not covered by mezzanine floor cannot exceed 3m. Exhibition Mannual
d) Construction of mezzanine floor must be at least 3m away from the boundary of all open sides of the stand. e) The mezzanine floor design & drawings must be certified by a chartered structural engineer/ consultant for structural stability as per the guidelines given below and must be approved by the Organizer before construction. Copy of the certificate must be enclosed along with stand layouts. f) Offices/cabins with closed walls & ceilings are strictly prohibited on the mezzanine floor. The mezzanine must be an open area only with safety railings on open sides. g) The mezzanine floors can be used only as a visitor hospitality lounge. Exhibits/ display will not permitted on the mezzanine floor. h) Branding allowed on the mezzanine railings, not exceeding a maximum height of 1.5m.

anyone of the agents for such work. 11.21 Shipment of Exhibits The exhibitor may write to the authorised Clearing Agent for clearance of their imported exhibits at the port and settle the charges directly with the Clearing Agent concerned. Crates and packages for the exhibition should be marked "PRINTPACK INDIA 2013" at the top together with the name of the Clearing Agent of the exhibitor. The following documents are to be prepared and sent along with the consignment: a) One original and three non-negotiable copies of the Bill of Lading/Airway Bill (freight pre-paid) duly endorsed in favour of the Clearing Agent. The name and address of the Clearing Agent must be mentioned as "First Notify" on Bill of Lading/Airway Bill. b) In case Bill of Lading/Airway Bill is not endorsed, Authority Letter addressed to Marine Lines / Air Lines to issue delivery order in favour of the Clearing Agent. c) 6 sets of Commercial Invoices, showing CIF value and detailed description of goods. d) 6 copies of the Packing List, giving quantity of items contained in each package, net/gross weight and sizes of the packages. e) Certificate of Origin in duplicate. f) Insurance Cover in original plus one copy. 29
All Exhibitor's staff should have proper Identity Cards and shall produce the same whenever demanded by the authorized security personnel or representative of IPAMA at any time during the construction, exhibition or dismantling periods. Anybody found to be without proper identification or of dubious character or behaving in a drunken or disorderly manner or committing an offence, trespass or rude behavior shall be forthwith removed from the Exhibition Ground. 11.18 Octroi Duty At present, no Octroi is payable to UP state, on entry of goods from outside UP. However, in future, if and when Octroi duty becomes payable, the same will have to paid by the exhibitors. 11.19 Handling Facilities Unloading of exhibit cases and their handling at the exhibition site is to be arranged by the exhibitor himself through IPAMA's approved Material Handling Agents only, as per Form-IV. 11.20 Clearing & Forwarding IPAMA has appointed official Freight Forwarding & On-Site Material Handling Agents for handling local and imported exhibit consignments (Annexure I). Their services include assistance in carrying out formalities for the customs clearance of imported exhibits, transport and handling of exhibits at the exhibition ground, loading/unloading & storage of exhibit cases. The exhibitor is, however, free to appoint Exhibition Mannual
g) Re-export Bond in triplicate, with bank guarantee and covering letter from the bank (details will be furnished on request by Clearing & Forwarding Agents). h) Importer's Declaration on exhibitor's letterhead (details will be furnished on request by Clearing & Forwarding Agents). i) Product Catalogue / Working Manual of exhibits, in triplicate. 11.22 Dispatching of Exhibits On every exhibit sent for display at the exhibition, a label should be attached to show the following: a) Manufacturer's/Exporter's name.

The Packing List should indicate the following: a) Quantity case-wise b) Description of item with model and serial number. c) Nett/gross weight of each exhibit. d) Size of each package and total number of packages 11.25 Invoice for Exhibits
b) Name of each exhibit with Certificate of Origin. c) Manufacturer's mark, if any. d) All packages should be secure and sturdy. 11.23 Packing Instructions Exhibits for shipment by sea should be packed in strong wooden boxes capable of withstanding rough handling both at the ports and in transit and marked: PORT: MUMBAI-INDIA Each box/crate should have one copy of the Packing List prepared in accordance with the requirements indicated below. PRINTPACK INDIA 2013 should be marked at the top of the invoice and drawn in favour of the Clearing & Forwarding Agent appointed by the participant. The invoice should contain the following information: a) Quantity item-wise. b) CIF value in Indian Rupees for each item. c) Insurance Policy for comprehensive risk together with the total value for insurance purposes. d) Detailed description of goods, model & serial number and identification marks for each item. List of spare parts should be shown separately with individual values and not clubbed with the value of the machine. 30
e) Total number of packages. f) Gross and Nett weight of each case containing exhibits and other materials. 11.26 Import of Exhibits a) Goods imported into India for PRINTPACK INDIA 2013 are allowed without Import Licence or Customs Clearance Permit on the condition that the same are reexported within a period of 6 months of the closure of exhibition and a bond to that effect, supported by a Bank Guarantee or surety of the respective Embassy/High Commission or Trade Commission or ATA Carnet guaranteed by the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi, is furnished to the customs authorities at the time of clearance of goods. In the event of failure to re-export as aforesaid, the duty and Import Trade Control fine will be levied thereon. More information may be obtained from the Clearing & Forwarding Agent, on request. b) Consumables and goods meant for distribution or sale are NOT covered under ATA Carnet facility. 11.27 Business Visitors Guide A Business Visitors Guide on exhibitors and exhibits will be published in English for use by exhibitors and visitors to PRINTPACK INDIA 2013. The Guide will contain: a) Exhibition Floor Plan Exhibition Mannual
b) Alphabetical list of Exhibitors along with their details. c) Products on Display. Exhibitor is to furnish necessary information as per Form-V and mail it back to us promptly. Under 'Products on Display', exhibitor should list only those products which are actually on display within the booth of the exhibitor. No changes will be entertained in the details of 'Products on Display' given in Form-V after 15th January 2013, as the Business Visitors Guide would have to be printed well in time for distribution at the exhibition. 11.28 Exhibitor's Kit For convenience and trouble free participation, an Exhibitor's Kit will be provided to all the exhibitors. The Kit will contain Memento, Exhibitor Pass, Stand Possession Letter, Business Visitor Guide and other information as per Annexure-VII. 11.29 Name Boards & Stall Display etc. a) The exhibitor is not permitted to put up any Name Board of his own outside or at the entrance of the stall. However, the exhibitor will be free to put up his company's/firm's logo, monogram or name inside the stall. b) Dividers or partitions will not be allowed in front of the stall or the border lines of the stall or in front of the passages/alleys. c) Use of bright and/or coloured decorative lights, neon signs of any size, shape or 31
colour (including those depicting exhibitor's name or logo) or any other similar electrical decorative materials is strictly forbidden. d) Use of any type of loudspeakers or musical instruments which cause inconvenience to other exhibitors is forbidden. e) Exhibitor is permitted to set up office / consultation cabins but the height of the cabins should not obscure the display of adjacent stalls. f) Exhibitor, who has applied for space under Shell Scheme, would be provided a fascia indicating Company Name and Stand Number. g) Stands under Shell Scheme will not have Company Logo printed on the Name Boards/Fascia. 11.30 Catalogues & Sales Pamphlets A sufficient number of descriptive catalogues should be available in the stall, so that, the trade enquiries can be attended onthe-spot. Five copies of such publications are to be sent to IPAMA's office. All business activities of an exhibitor must be conducted from within the exhibitor's leased exhibit area. Distribution of Catalogue, Literature or any other promotional material will not be permitted out side the Stall. No exhibitor shall distribute literature pertaining to articles or machines not included in the exhibition, except that which describes machines or products manufactured by an exhibitor. 11.31 Other Services Exhibition Mannual
a) Furniture The exhibitor will make his own arrangements for hiring of furniture. Particulars of IPAMA's approved contractors for hiring furniture are furnished at Annexure-II(b). For contact details refer Annexure-IV. 11.32 House Keeping For House Keeping, if desired, the exhibitor can hire Housekeeper through the IPAMA approved agency, (Annexure-V) and at approved rate of Rs.1,000/- per person, per day, + Service Tax as applicable (Form-VI). 11.33 Security India Expo Centre will provide a round-theclock security service for the general surveillance of the Halls / Hangars. The respective exhibitor is, however, responsible for the custody and surveillance of his stall for the entire duration of the exhibition, including Pre, During and Post Exhibition days. Exhibitor displaying easily removable objects are required to guard the stall from the opening time and till the very last minute of the evening closure time. Easily removable exhibits or valuables must be locked in the evening in drawers or cupboards. Security personnel will be available for hire by the exhibitor through IPAMA approved agency (Annexure-VI) and at approved rate of Rs.1,200/- per person per shift of 8 hours. (Form-VII). 11.34 Fire Prevention India Expo Centre will make necessary arrangements for fire prevention equipment within the exhibition Halls / Hangars. The exhibitor is expected to acquaint himself Exhibition Mannual
with the location of the nearest Fire Hydrants. 11.35 Insurance Exhibitor will have to make arrangements for insuring his individual stall/machines/any other material. Third party insurance, accident insurance of exhibitor's personnel, third party damage insurance etc., should be covered by the exhibitor. 11.36 Exit Passes The exhibitor will be issued exit passes to facilitate the movement of their exhibits out of the Exhibition Ground at the end of the exhibition. Exit passes, as per Form-VIII will be issued only after verification that all charges due have been fully paid by the exhibitors to IPAMA. The pass should be shown at the gate at the time of exit of the exhibitor and his exhibits from the Exhibition Ground. 11.37 Moving Out Period The Exhibition will close officially in the evening of 28th February 2013. All exhibits in Halls should be dismantled and moved out of the exhibition ground positively by evening of 1st March 2013 and from Hangars by 2nd March 2013. Exhibitor must strictly adhere to this schedule. IPAMA will not be responsible for payment of any penalty for delays in removal of the exhibits. The removal of machines and materials from the Exhibition Ground may start from 20.00 hours on Thursday, the 28th February 2013 for all those exhibitor who have settled all 33
accounts and have obtained the "EXIT PASS" from IPAMA. For removal of material, an "EXIT PASS" must be completed and submitted to IPAMA for endorsement and shown at the exit consignment wise. 11.38 Safety Regulations The generally accepted safety rules relating to technology, labour safety and accident prevention, should be observed in all the display arrangements. Proper safety guards must be provided on machines for protection from flying chips, sparks and heat etc. IPAMA reserve the right to prohibit the operation of machines or equipment, if in their opinion, these pose danger and cause annoyance to visitors and other exhibitors. 11.39 Trade Tax Formalities All the goods that comes across the border or goes back requires Transit Pass. The Transit Pass is available at www.comtaxup.nic.in Other than U.P exhibitor, rest will have to fill up the Transit Pass online. In case of cancellation of the exhibition, the stall rental will be refunded to the exhibitor after deducting the proportionate costs already incurred by IPAMA. 11.41 Supplementary Clauses If and when necessary, IPAMA shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations in addition to these regulations and guidelines to ensure the smooth management of the Exhibition. Any additional written regulations or instructions shall form part of the rules and regulations for participation and shall be binding on the exhibitor. 11.42 Domicile and Jurisdiction The implementation of these regulations or supplementary regulations laid down by IPAMA, relating to the Exhibition, shall be deemed to be domiciled at the office of the Noida courts. All disputes, arising from the exhibitor's participation and from the enforcement of the regulations laid down by IPAMA, shall be judged according to Indian laws and subject to Noida jurisdiction.

11.43 Agreement to Conform to Regulations The exhibitor agrees to comply with all the Rules & Regulations contained herein and to such other Rules & Regulations as may be notified by IPAMA from time to time, relating to the participation of exhibitor in PRINTPACK INDIA 2013. Applicants should read all Rules & Regulations carefully and conform to them fully.
11.44 Indemnification The exhibitor agrees to indemnify IPAMA and hold them harmless from and against any and all claims arising out of the acts of the exhibitor, his agents, representatives and employees, and all contractors, erectors, delivery persons, suppliers and material handling persons, furnishing services, delivery work or materials at the instance of the exhibitor.
