Description LAD to update the Campus Plan dated 29.10.10 based on the presentation dated 02.10.10 and discussed comments In the masterplan for future development, LAD shall define the footprint of the Library Expansion. ARC requests area schedules, efficiency ratios, and relevant cross sections to be prepared and developed by LAD prior to and during schematic design. The format is to be agreed between LAD/ARC. ARC requests a study of traffic volume and flow, also incorporating number of parking spaces, and location from LAD. A road classification, reflecting types, i.e. pedestrian etc., is requested by ODAC. The width of lanes, pedestrian walkways, bicycle lanes, lighting and landscape is to be defined within the types. In view of the construction schedule and an early start of construction, stress is to be placed on the building footprint incl. all implication like e.g. distance to roads. LAD is to review and update the elevations, LAD is to provide sections, detail wall sections ARC to check design overall, i.e. dimensions, grids, acoustics etc. to achieve ODAC sign off of the building footprint. Generally, the programme and reqments for the SCC are to be reviewed between ODAC/ARC, and feedback will be given to LAD. Library area reqments are to be confirmed between ODAC/ARC. ARC recommends due diligence of existing facilities. LAD is to review and update the the pre schematic design plan according to the comments. ODAC/ARC will develop and advise on popular sports. The necessity for an Olympic standard pool is discussed andwill be assessed by ODAC LAD is to review and update the the pre schematic design documents according to the comments. ARC states the upper limit of allocated area is 103.000 sqm, Corridor widths are to be optimized by LAD,
