Cost per table for early registration is one hundred dollars ($125.00) per table. Until February 1, 2013. After February 1, registration is one hundred and fifty (175.00) dollars per table. All sales rates are final. No discounts on tables will be available. Tables are 6ft. and consists of two chairs. Only two chairs are allowed per table, no exceptions. Outside chairs are not allowed, only cushions. Your location during the Comic Con is based on Bronx Heroes Comic Con staff.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Rules and Regulations: Only two chairs are allowed per table, no exceptions. Outside chairs are not allowed, only cushions. Tables may range from 6.25 ft. Note: Stealing of chairs from other tables is strictly prohibited from other vendors booths. Bronx Heroes Comic Con reserves the right to remove any vendor caught in the act of theft of any items or chairs from other vendors or the Bronx Museum. It can and will lead to permanent removal from the convention without refund.
Convention set up time is 9 am all vendors must have their tables set up by 11:00 am, Doors open to public at 12:00 pm. Convention will on Saturday and Sunday. It will run from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on both days, all vendors should have their materials packed and ready to exit the Bronx Museum by 7pm. Electricity outlets will be available but limited. Please notify in advance if electricity is need for your booth. Wheelchair accessibility is available at the Bronx Museum of the Arts. Elevator entrance is available for attendees and vendors. Bronx Heroes Comic Con and The Bronx Museum of the Arts is NOT responsible for any unattended belongings. Keep your belonging in sight.

If mailing your applications please include your money order with the application. Applications will not be processed without payment. Applications can also be emailed to bronxheroes@gmail.com.

Alternatively, payments can be e-mailed to bronxheroes@gmail.com through www.Paypal.com CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your table reservation, you will not receive a refund.
