PrintNow!StudentsLink..Terms&Conditions Section One - The Service Students of the MICO University College and St.

Josephs Teachers College now have the chance to print their assignment and term papers, have them bounded (spiral binding) and delivered to a central location on their campus without any charge for delivery. This after they are sent to us at PrintNow! via printnowja.com or by email to studentsprintnow@gmail.com and are subject to be delivered based on our set delivery schedule.

Section Two Eligibility To be eligible student must sign up for the StudentsLink service, which will be free for the month of January 2013, but thereafter will attract a one- time sign-up charge of $100. Valid college ID (ID must be shown for verification) Name Mobile Telephone number(s) Email address(es) $100 application free (applicable for sign-ups after January 31st 2013 Section Three Security, Delivery and Pricing After signing up students will be: 1. Assign a number which must be quoted in every email sent for printing under this service, this number will be regarded by PrintNow! as the students digital signature, which PrintNow! will use to assign printing charges to that students account, as such we implore students to keep this number secret. Additionally email address (es) stated on application will be linked to the student and print order will not be processed if received from any other. 2. Issued with a StudentsLink Card which also has a dual purpose discount card at PrintNow! 3. Will be instructed as to the collection point on their campus. 4. Delivery schedules will be provided for the particular campus. Please note deliveries requested outside of the stated schedule will attract a charge. 5. A list containing prices for services will be provided so students can estimate the cost of the documents to be printed, bounded etc.

Section Four Ordering / Print Authorization Emailed or uploaded print authorizations will be considered complete if the following are met: 1. Document to be printed should be attached to email message in any of the following formats: a. PDF b. Jpeg c. Any of the Microsoft Office Suite of software d. Any other agreed software, however, this must be done prior to document being emailed. 2. StudentsLink digital signature/number is stated in the body of the email 3. Number of copies to be printed should be stated if more than one copy is to be printed, if no amount is stated it will be assumed that only one (1) copy is to be done. 4. If only specific pages are to be printed this must be clearly stated, otherwise it will be assumed that all pages are to be printed. 5. Pages will be printed as they appear on screen this relating to colour, size, layout and setup unless other wise stated. 6. If other services, such as binding, graphic design etc. are required, this must be clearly stated in the body of the email or in the comments section of upload form on printnowja.com and additional instruction given.

Section Five Order Processing Upon receipt of an emailed print order / authorization, the following will occur: 1. Confirmation email and or text message will be sent this simply notifies the sender that the email/upload has been received. 2. Email and or text message with delivery time and total cost of printing and any other requested services will be sent. Section Six Payment 1. Payments are cash or debit card on delivery (COD) this at the central delivery point, and all customers should receive a receipt/invoice for payment. 2. It is expected that customers will check their documents at the delivery point and any problems or concern be directed to the PrintNow rep. then and there for speedy resolution. 3. Any person that requested any service contained in this agreement and upon execution of such service based on the stipulations of the print order /authorization as stated in section four and five of this agreement, and upon delivery refuses to pay for such services without just cause, will be liable for prosecution under the Bill of Exchange Act
