October 8, 2012 The submission is reopened, please hold the last chance After the deadline of extended abstract submission, there are over 200 papers from 30 areas, and we have got a lot of email and calls to request the extension of submission. Basically, we are always welcome people to participate our conference, the draft of extended submission has already confirmed by organizing committee, and the deadline of extended submission is Nov. 15.
