OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY (JOB PURPOSE) To perform all general warehouse duties

RELATIONSHIPS (internal & external relations) Internal : Direct Manager, Operation supervisors and colleagues External : Subcontractor, outsourcing agencies

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To be responsible for inventory accuracy in designated warehouse area by maintaining good custody and control of inventory storage and movement. To put away stocks in a timely and tidy manner in the assigned locations To pick stocks in accordance to FEFO ( first expired first out ) rule To pick stocks accurately and efficiently To check on expiry dates, labels and product damages (if any) during picking Updating of Manual Stock Cards as and when required Updating supervisor or the Warehouse and Distribution Manager of any product damages in the warehouse Up keeping the cleanliness & operational safety of the warehouse To effectively communicate to supervisor or the Warehouse and Distribution Manager on any issues within the warehouse To conduct cycle counting on a regular basis To effectively communicate any operation issues to supervisor or the Warehouse and Distribution Manager To assist in any areas of the warehouse operations as and when required To utilize the storage space effectively & monitor spaces as business requirement To manage outsourcing staff for certain tasks as required Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
