OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To deliver all Customers order efficiently and on time RELATIONSHIPS (internal & external relations) Internal : Direct Manager, Team Leader and colleagues External : Customers KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To deliver all Customers orders in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring all cartons/packages delivered are intact when delivered to Customers Ensure all delivery paperwork are signed correctly by Customers Collect Cash from customers for any Cash Sales and return the collection of cash to Cat Lai administration office at the end of each day To effectively communicate any operational issues to the Operation Team Leader Dispatch or the Warehouse Manager Ensure all vehicle related reports/paperwork are filled out on time (fuel, maintenance and others) Ensure motorbike driving license is valid at all times and to adhered to traffic regulations Other tasks are given by direct manager & warehouse manager
