-Perform a market survey again to understand why villagers are not going to PeS. -Collaborate with NGOs and conduct road shows and house to house awareness program.(Like the one followed by HUL) -Ask the Panchayat to appoint a person to work in PeS, on the basis of mutual consent of the villagers so that there are no credibility issues. -Introduce home visits and special health check-up camps like for polio, blood test etc.

The plan of action if implemented will increase the demand of PeS service and hence solve the current problem of money loosing business. But reaching the target of three or four should not be the ultimate target. That is the breakeven point. Companies exist for profits and PeS is no exception though it has social aspects attached
