A list of all flights taken on charter carriers excluding Omega Air Corporation/Blackcomb
Aviation by personnel from the Office of the Premier including the Premier and also including
the dates, times and routes, the list of all passengers including those who are not affiliated with
OOP and payments. The timeline is March 13, 2011 to December 31, 2011.

Please find enclosed a copy of the records located in response to your request. Some information
has been withheld pursuant to sections 15 (Disclosure harmful to law enforcement), 17
(Disclosure harmful to the financial or economic interests of a public body) and 22 (Disclosure
