1, Special Series is published fur the purpose of providing offivers with
reasonably confirmed information from officiat and other reliahle sources.

Requests for copies of these publications shonld be made te the appropriate
distributing agency of The Adjutant General. Requests for issues prior to
those listed above should be forwarded through channels to the MID address
below.
3. Distribution of this issue of Special Series is being made on the basis of
tivo copies to each division and higher units, ene copy to each brigade, and
eue copy to each regiment, Every command should drculate available
copies among its officers.
4, Reproduction within the military service is permitted provided that (1)
the souree is stated, (2) the classification |s maintained, and (3) one copy
of the publication in which dhe material is reproduced is forwarded tw the
Dissemination Unit, itary Intelligence Division, War Department,
