The Freedom of Expression, Wests Law of Denial to protect Holocaust & the Evil Designs behind Disrespecting Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Before going ahead by translating the article of Orya Maqbool Jan, a famous journalist of Pakistan which has raised some valid questions regarding the Wests pseudo Freedom of Expression. The said article originally written in Urdu, provides an indepth knowledge of how the Zionists have succeeded in sealing the lips of world opinion by passing and implementing resolutions discouraging the research or investigation into Holocaust by any person, organization or government which, according to the independent researchers and historians, is considered to be the biggest hoax played by Zionists to gain political leverage on the political leadership of the western countries on the scene in that particular time i.e. before and after WWII.

Not only I would like to add a preface high-lighting the recent emergence of the movie; disrespecting Prophet Muhammd pbuh which caused the Muslim outrage around the globe dissecting why the western media is using the term Freedom of Expression in defence of this movie and prior incidents of the same nature while ignoring that the same Freedom of Expression could have been used to condemn and ban this movie which is highly objectionable to over 1 billion Muslims living on this planet.

How many times in our life time we have heard that Anti-Islamic propaganda has surfaced and as always, especial emphasis is given to the personality of our beloved Prophet Muhammad Salal Lahu-Aliahi Waaalihi Wasallam. Every attempt in this regards is to malign the character and to defame our beloved Prophet Muhammad Salal Lahu-Aliahi Waaalihi Wasallam, who is highly revered not only in Islam but by all religious figures belonging to different religions. In most recent times, Salman Rushdies infamous Satanic Verses published by Penguin Books which sparked global condemnation from Muslims was an instance that was considered to be a fresh start to slander the character of our beloved Prophet

Muhammad Salal Lahu-Aliahi Waaalihi Wasallam by discussing his life and times and twisting them into a very coarse way. This book also caused immense emotional pains to Muslims all around the world and who highly revere Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Consequently, Muslims of the world registered their protest through different channels and some US consulates faced mob showing their anger. While the government of Pakistan issued lame statements, the Islamic Republic of Iran sanctioned a Fatwa (Decree) against Salman Rushdie who had escaped to England where he was granted protection and undue exposure. Some years later, similar episode was repeated by Tasleema Nasreen an author from Bangladesh, who also faced fierce protest from the Muslims of the world.

Gone are the days when Muslims of the world used to live in this notion that most of this is the work of a lone or deranged individual. In this modern age, the Muslims believe in the fact that the western nations are acting in concert and not only are responsible for initiating such incidents and harboring the perpetrators, they are turning a blind-eye to these continuous acts of blasphemy and also are behind the initiation of new means to boil Muslim anger like the most criticized ban in France on wearing the Hijab in public, other upsetting and emotional trauma caused was the publication of cartoons of Prophet Muhammad by a Danish magazine. Not so long ago the pages of glorious Quran were flushed down the toilet for no other reason but to intimidate the Muslim captives in Guantanamo Bay, while his incident was fresh and nobody came forward to apologize the Muslims, the news of US Marines urinating on the bodies of dead Taliban and burning of the pages of the glorious Quran publicly by a hateful US priest Terry Jones also made the headlines that also enraged Muslims all over the world, but this high hostile act also went to deaf ears in the Western world who showed no seriousness to stop these hateful acts. I am only translating the vital part i.e. the laws that were passed by the Zionist under the nose of freedom of expression that disallows any discussion, research or investigation that may be carried out or made public by any individual, organization or government till date. Following is the list of the laws of so-called civilized countries where discussing, writing or making a film about Jews (Zionists) is strictly prohibited and severe punishments are waiting for anybody who dares to do so. In the year 1947 in Austria, under the DENAZIFICATION, in 1992, a law was enforced that allowed punishment for up to 20 years in jail term. A law similar to this was enacted in Belgium in 1995. According to Norwegian Law Regulation # 444 expressing that any objectionable discussion against Jews falls under Criminal law and is punishable offense by 5 years in jail. Similar law was enforced in Czech Republic in 2001 making it a punishable act and a jail term of 8 years and for any individual who sympathize with anybody which is objectionable or is against Jews by 3 years in jail. Similar laws were passed in France in 1981 which are included in their Regulation article # 42. In Germany, laws similar to above said were enforced in 1981 and were strengthened in 1992. In Hungary, a similar law was enforced in February 2010 which labeled it as a crime against humanity, here a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 20 years of jail sentence is suggested and the same goes for Lithuania and Luxemburg.

It is also described as a high-crime according to the Article 173-D of the Dutch Constitution. The Article 55 or Polish Constitution validates a 3 year jail sentence for this crime, while the Article 240 of Portuguese Constitution recommends the same law. Similar law was passed in Romania 13th March, 2002 and the jail term was sanctioned as 15 years. Under Section 6071 of Spanish Rule, it is equivalent to murder. Under Section 261 (B1) you could be jailed for 3 years. Under a frame work, the European Union the countries fall within to award at least a jail term of 3 years. But all these countries are not limited to making the laws but are taking different people to court and were jailed like Marrie Jane Le-pain Roger Graday of France was jailed in 1997 and 1998. In Switzerland Jurgen Graph and Gerhard was jailed on 21st July, and August 1998. In Australia Fredrick Twain was jailed for 7 months and for the same crime in April 1999, he was sued in Germany in 2011. Jane Plaintain was sent to jail on 27th May, 1999 this was followed by Gester Armond in Switzerland was jailed on 11th April, 2000, David Irving was jailed on 20th February 2006, Germar Rudolph and Ernest Zundel were jailed in Germany on 15th March, 2006 and15th February, 2007 respectively. Robert Froseen was jailed in France in 3rd October, 2006, Wolfgang Frohech in Austria on 14th January, 2008, this is a long list and only 1% of the names are listed here. All these have to go to jail for committing just one crime i.e. denying that Hitler killed the Jews and that this was a Jewish propaganda. All these people never disrespected anybody; they never made fun of any respectable personality. The name of this Law is Denial of Holocaust and all these laws were passed in the above said countries

during 10 to 15 years. This is called the age of Human Rights and Freedom of Expression.
