SDA/ DLI invoice membership on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly basis and monthly basis only. Annual dues may be paid by: cash, check, money order, bank draft, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Invoices will not be sent to members paying by installment.
