As-salamu Alaykum wa Rahmatu l-lhi wa Baraktuh We congratulate the Muslims everywhere for the Eid Al-Adha and we say: may Allah accept from you and us, and we ask the Lord Almighty that the next Eid come and all the Muslim lands are liberated from the Kuffar occupiers, and the prisoners have returned home to their families safe and sound. This Eid has coincided with many changes and historical events taking place in the world. To start with, the retreat of the alliance that is invading the Islamic World and it is going through defeat after another. This is amply demonstrated in their defeat in Iraq and Afghanistan with the huge economical losses, and the toppling of the filthy Tawagits whom were oppressing the people, and the Jews sudden feeling of fear and fright for the first time in their history following the disappearance of their watchdogs (,the overthrown regimes), in addition to the great victories of the Ummah of Islam by the toppling of these tyrants and the flourishing of Jihad in new countries like Egypt, Libya, Mali and Nigeria as well as the Mujahidin in Iraq and Afghanistan who are setting successive glad tidings and gaining back control of many parts of the country, and the increase of the power of Jihad and the Mujahidin in Yemen. All that is paving the way for the glad tidings and promise of the messenger of AllahPeace and Blessings of Allah be upon Himaccording to what has been narrated in Sahih Al-Jami Al-Saghir that the messenger of AllahPeace and Blessings of Allah be upon Himsaid: Matters will run their course until you become three armies: an army in Al-Sham, an army in Yemen, and an army in Iraq, You should go to Sham, for it is the best of Allah's lands, and the best of His slaves will be drawn there! And if you refuse, then you should go to the Yemen. Among the important events Allahthe Almightyis selecting some of the Ulamaa of the Mujahidin for martyrdom for His cause, including Sheikh Abu Yahiya Al-Libi, Sheikh Ateyatalla, and Sheikh Anwar AlAwlaki, May Allah have mercy on them and raise their levels in the high Jannahs. And this is the way things happen, it is the Sunnah of this path that Allahthe Almightyselects the best of His people for martyrdom for His sake after fulfilling their duty eminently, to set exceptional examples for the coming generations. The Almighty says: (Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement -111- They who turn (to Allah), who serve (Him), who praise (Him), who fast, who bow down, who prostrate themselves, who enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil, and who keep the limits of Allah; and give good news to the believers) [Surah At-Taubah : 112].

And in Somalia Kuffar launched the most murderous and fierce crusades using all the possible means, politically, through media, intelligence and military intervention to achieve their highest desired goals: quashing of the Sharia of Allah as a result of hatred and contempt to Muslim Somali nation, ending the justice and equality under the Sharia of Allah, and express their fear from the bright awakening and struggle which they see as the biggest obstacle in the face of their occupation and oppression. Allahthe Almightysays in His glorious Book: (If good befalls you, it grieves them, and if an evil afflicts you, they rejoice at it; and if you are patient and guard yourselves, their scheme will not injure you in any way; surely Allah comprehends what they do) [Surah Aal-e-Imran : 120]. He also says: (And when Our clear communications are recited to them you will find denial on the faces of those who disbelieve; they almost spring upon those who recite to them Our communications. Say: Shall I inform you of what is worse than this? The fire; Allah has promised it to those who disbelieve; and how evil the resort) [Surah Al-Hajj : 72]. Also part of their desired goals is plundering the resources, particularly the natural resources such as the minerals and others to revive the nearly collapsing economy of their countries, considering Somalia is one of their treasures. This led to upgrading the apostate regime from transitional to federal, to plunder the resources and the sovereignty before the minerals and riches. And the first statement issued by the new heads of apostasy is what they called International Cooperation. And we praise Allahthe Almightythat the AMISOM occupation has suffered severe damages, yet they are engulfed in the bitterness of war and its fire. Their efforts did not bring about any outcome because they did not obtain anything so farnot even an inch closer to achieve their goals and plans. To prove my point, the Islamic Wilayahs with their various administrations are functioning as usual, including the judiciary, Dawah, education, health and social care, and also the Hesbah. They thought that the Islamic Wilayahs will collapse after invading their capitals (and that was fallacy). Add to that, the honourable clans that are still supporting the Mujahidin against the enemies and crusaders, which also led to the failure of the enemys plans. The enemys expansion was also to the advantage of the Mujahidin who inflicted great loses, injuries and pain on the enemy. It is also worth mentioning the historical mistakes made by the enemy. The most recent is involvement of Kenya in a war which they will deeply regret at a time when wailing will be of no use. The joy for the Kismayo invasion will not last, Allahs willing. The recently elected apostate regime added new episode to previous atrocities, for it is facilitating new occupation under the leadership of America politically and the AMISOM militarily. It is headed by a movement that is motivated by greed and avarice so it is deviated from religion and morals, and going after securing morsels for their bellies:

(Somali poetry) O you politician who handed over the land to the Kuffar O you the opportunist who is unconcerned about religion Here they are your allies made people undergo terrifying ordeals and grief O you brazen who does bat an eyelid despite his disgraceful behaviour Everyone understandably copies the conduct and principles of his master *** They are the servants of colony and its humiliating path O you who get used to disgraceful life and mortifying misery O you have allied with the Abyssinians, sons of the Jews Who are only good for doing menial tasks for Mahiga O you who have sent to every house a deadly poison or debilitating diseases What you have done to us is what pushed us into jihad Definitely you will be perished It stands to reason that the bedrock of the apostate government is their Kaffir constitution, which is dedicated to destroy the future of our honourable Ummah, and encourage and please the individuals who converted to Christianity to show their apostasy and give them the right to come back to enjoy living in the Muslim land unharmed, and equal to the Muslim Somali citizens in rights. In addition to that, the constitution is in violation of the dignity of women and decays the values of the society. It also legitimatise the well framed plundering and hidden looting of the resources and the wealth of the country. It is also a direct war on Islam, and legitimising the money and blood of the Muslims under the pretext of what they call War on Terror. (Somali poetry) O you who have embraced the delusions that do not hold water Who serve the enemy for he is threatened and throttled He believes in occupation and embraced their agenda He is the enemy of the religion of Allah He is blind about goodness And all he seeks is offensive behaviours and deeds He steals money and resources He unlawfully legislates for women, and against men He one-sidedly puts women in superior level than men That he converted some of them into men So you be happy with the disgraceful end

O Ummah of Islam, what is the benefit of an elected regime that came to office to fulfil the desires of the Kuffar and please them? What is the benefit of a regime that fights the religion of Islam? It is inevitable that the fate of this regime will not be different of that of their brothers who preceded them in apostasy. They will be nothing when their masters are through with them to abandon them in the middle of the road after they have destroyed their people, plundered the resources of their country, changed their religion, and lost their Dunya and the hereafter. The Almighty says: (Like the Shaitan when he says to man: Disbelieve, but when he disbelieves, he says: I am surely clear of you; surely I fear Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Therefore the end of both of them is that they are both in the fire to abide therein, and that is the reward of the unjust) [Surah Al-Hashr : 16, 17]. Finally I say: O our honourable clans and tribes, this is your day. Today is the day of battle, the day of making history. Today is the day of putting the hearts and the ranks to test. Today is the day of adding deeds to the nice words by implementing the Sharia of Allah. So be patient and victory will be yours. The Almighty says: (What! do you think that you will be left alone while Allah has not yet known those of you who have struggled hard and have not taken any one as an adherent besides Allah and His Messenger and the believers; and Allah is aware of what you do) [Surah At-Taubah : 16]. He also says: (Say: If your fathers and your sons and your brethren and your mates and your kinsfolk and property which you have acquired, and the slackness of trade which you fear and dwellings which you like, are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger and striving in His way, then wait till Allah brings about His command: and Allah does not guide the transgressing people) [Surah At-Taubah : 16]. (Somali poetry) You will not get victory by relying on the enemy for they want to see you in trouble The enemy discourages you from jihad and lets you put down weapons They pour down money on you and you quit fighting them You will regret for that inaction You see the enemy motivates people to seek the Dunya And in the end it will expel you from your homes like a herd of donkeys And I say to the Mujahidin: your Jihad is a sacrifice for the Tawhid and Sharia, and a fortified castle for the wealth, resources, dignity and the blood of the Muslims. The Most Glorified said: (What! will you not fight a people, who broke their oaths and aimed at the expulsion of the Messenger, and they attacked you first; do you fear them? But Allah is most deserving that you should fear Him, if you are believers. Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and heal the hearts of a believing people. And remove the rage of their hearts; and Allah turns (mercifully) to whom He pleases, and Allah is Knowing, Wise) [Surah At-Taubah : 13-15]. O mujahidin your jihad is a bleeding and painful wound on the aggressive invaders. Let our motto be: , and let us be such as those who were praised by Allah in His Book: (Of the believers are men who are true to the covenant which they made with Allah: so of them is he who accomplished his vow, and of them is he who yet waits, and they have not changed in the least. Allah may reward the truthful for their truth, and punish the hypocrites if He please or turn to them (mercifully); surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful) [Surah Al-Ahzab : 23,14]. (Somali poetry) The soul gets pleased with life free of wretchedness And fighting Christians was my longed-for wish The land is not yours, I say it loudly *** I follow the way of the prophet and I will not add to it I am the one who does not welcome humiliation whatever it is I am the sharp sword, the defender of the religion I am the one who left the Dunya (the land of difficulties) behind I am the one who brought with it for the hereafter (land of heaven) I am the honourable one who does not accept humiliation And shameful life, and tyranny and horror I am a sword who hates the Pig and do not welcome it I am the one who is obedient to the path of Allah I am the one with adoration
