Iberville Bank Team Tennis Challenge March 8-10 2013 Baton Rouge, Louisiana Tournament Details and Sponsorship

Contract The Paula G. Manship YMCA and BREC Highland Road Tennis Center will be the host sites for this event. This fundraiser benefits Wounded Warrior Project, which is a non-profit organization that provides unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members of the United States Military. Tennis matches will begin on Friday at 5:30 and continue Saturday and Sunday. Food and beverages will be provided throughout the tournament with adult beverages available at the Highland Road Tennis Center. All sponsors, tennis participants and guests are invited. Your sponsorship also includes entry to the Saturday night social, with live music, dinner, wine, beer, cash bar and silent auction from 7:00 to 11:00 at Lauberge Casino and Hotel. Tennis Format: Three doubles teams (six players) with mens and womens 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and open divisions. Three matches guaranteed (weather permitting defaults count as a match). Divisions with less than four teams may be combined with the next highest division. Entry Fee: $80 per person/$480 per team. Players must submit payment with registration form. Please make checks payable to Iberville Good Works Foundation. Registration deadline is March 2, 2013. Draw will be available March 5, 2013 and posted to the tournament website and sent to each captains email. Eligibility and Rules of Play: NTRP Ratings will be used and you must turn 18 years of age in 2013 to play. Players may participate in only one division. The tournament committee reserves the right to reclassify or reject any entrant. Matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets with a ten point tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Inclement weather may result in the use of no-ad scoring, pro-sets or cancellations. If the entire event is cancelled due to weather, all proceeds will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project and the Saturday night social and silent auction will continue. Prizes: All tournament participants will receive a gift bag and prizes will be awarded to the winners in each division.
