The NHP CONCEPT family range of panelboards keeps a common and attractive appearance throughout the range.

CONCEPT - THE ECONOMICAL PANELBOARD

The CONCEPT is designed for those wanting a visually attractive panelboard, but also offering a robust enclosure with an excellent range of standard features. This type of panelboard is designed to be stocked nationally as an "off the shelf" panelboard.

CONCEPT PLUS - THE MULTIPURPOSE PANELBOARD

The CONCEPT PLUS range is designed for those wanting an off the shelf panelboard that offers a large range of features and options. CONCEPT PLUS is a multipurpose panelboard that offers two IP ratings, six modular sizes, accessory boxes that can be added to extend the height or width of the panelboard as well as many other features. CONCEPT PLUS panelboards are available for either DIN or NEMA (SAFE T) MCBs.

CONCEPT PREMIER - THE PREMIUM PANELBOARD

The CONCEPT PREMIER panelboard range has all the features of CONCEPT PLUS, but also includes important additional features, such as a greater box depth, an IP 66 rating, the option of stainless steel enclosures, a floor mounting plinth, plus others. CONCEPT PREMIER panelboards are available for SAFE-T, DIN-T, 125 A and 250 A MCCB's or combinations thereof.

CONCEPT TOUGH - THE HEAVY-DUTY PANELBOARD

THE ECONOMICAL PANELBOARD
The CONCEPT TOUGH panelboard range is constructed from 2 mm mild steel or 316 marine grade stainless steel and has all the features of CONCEPT PREMIER plus more, the CONCEPT TOUGH has an increase in depth, width and material thickness for extra strength. The increase in depth allows the use of a wider range of padlock/locking facilities on isolators and circuit breakers between the door and the escutcheon. This extra depth also allows larger accessory items to be mounted below the escutcheon such as contactors and change-over switches. The CONCEPT TOUGH has a vast amount of wiring space and a very generously sized glandplate due to the extra width. This package is all put together in a rigid 2 mm fully welded construction for those extra tough environments.

CONCEPT POWERSAFE - THE SAFETY PANELBOARD

The CONCEPT POWERSAFE panelboard range is essential for all critical power installations. This board allows circuits to be safely modified without being taken off line. All circuits and connections are fully insulated/covered so that all work can be done safely in line with OH&S Regulations and regulatory best practice. Single pole MCB's can be safely removed and replaced with triple pole MCB's and vice versa.

APPLICATION
Manufactured in 1.6 mm sheet steel, CONCEPT PREMIER panelboards are fully welded and feature N42 grey or X15 orange polyester powder coating in accordance with AS/NZS 2700. Designed for maximum flexibility, the interior is spacious - has removable gland plates top and bottom, with gaskets fitted as standard. Chassis of up to 96 poles with main switch can be fitted. Neutral and earth bars are fitted as standard. Doors are dustproof and weatherproof with T-bar locks (3 point locking 1000 mm and larger.
