SOURCES OF POWER
Think of verdant meadows and lush forests, sensitive alpine fauna, gently undulating hills,
imposing peaks. Add bracing mountain air and sheer endless panoramic views. Being active
in these surroundings one invariably feels the beneficial effect on body, mind and spirit.
Walking in nature sharpens your sensory perceptions, it lets the mind flow, and takes pace
out of your life in a completely natural way. Only where you have been on foot is where you
have truly been, philosophers say.
