Day 2:
Start with AutoCAD Map:
Basic information about all the tools and menus (Show all the toolbars)
Open AutoCAD Map and show the environment
Menu bar
Standard toolbar and its tools
Properties toolbar and its tools
Draw toolbar and its tools
Modify toolbar and its tools
Map toolbar and its tools
Drawing Set toolbar and its tools
Project workspace
Command Prompt

Day 3:
 First Session:
Start with Standard Toolbar

Only specified tools to be explained

Training should be given by tools and commands both.

Start with Draw Toolbar

Only specified tools to be explained

Day 4:
 First Session:
Start with Draw Toolbar

Only specified tools to be explained

Training should be given by tools and commands both.

All the tools to be completed by end of the day.

Day 5:
 First Session:
Start with Object Properties Toolbar

First Trainer can give overview on manual properties of the object then he can start with Layers. Explain the layers and
its uses in GIS.

 Second Session:
After Draw and Modify tools start with Object Snap toolbar and teach maximum Tools/Options.

Explain function keys:

F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11

Here Trainer has to talk about all the topics which are covered till now and discuss.
Finish session here and let students practice.

Trainer has to manage one class on BLOCK and WBLOCK.

Till now all the working needs are completed in training, Trainer has to go for Map Menu and start all GIS related
options/process.

Day 6:
 First Session:
Give brief information about Map menu.
Start with Image Insertion and start digitizing.
Manage Layers and create some features like Roads (Line Feature), Buildings (Polygon Feature), and Electricity Poles
(Point Feature).

Help students to identify/read features on the Image (Image Interpretation).

 Second Session:

Here Trainer has to talk about Geographical features and the data or information associated to it.
Explain Object data from Map menu. (Creating, Editing Tables )
Only specified Tools/Menus to be explained
Training should be given by tools and Menu both.
Finish session here and let students practice.

Day 7:
 First Session:

Start with Data Entry menu, and explain Digitize Setup then Digitize.
  Second Session:

Trainer can go for Drawing Cleanup process.

Students may have created some data till now, so use that data to perform this process.

Finish session here and let students practice.

Day 8:
All the Topology Tools to be taken today Trainer has to finish this topic by end of the day.
Day 9:
Start with Assign Global Coordinate System.
Then go for Transform and Rubber Sheet Operations.
Import, Export

Day 10:
Training is completed on AutoCAD Map.
Take Overview/Discussion on all the operation and processes.
Students doubts/queries on the topics.
