The article, Strategic Management, is a copyright material. This articles sources are different researches in different strategic management aspects. This article includes many stories of success which were facilitated by the strategic management concept. Some sources of research are; J. M. Liedtka, Strategy Formulation: The Roles of Conversation and Design, in The Blackwell Handbook of Strategic Management, ed. M. A. Hitt, R. E.Freeman, and J. S. Harrison (Oxford: Blackwell Publishers, 2001), 7093 and Hotels Giants Survey 2007, Hotels magazine, a Reed Business Information publication. This article includes all aspects of strategic management. It talks about the strategy, strategic management and strategic management process. This article has explicit explanation of what we should do in strategic management. With the example of McDonalds business, it talks about how to run a business by introducing verities of products. It also talks how we can run our business in a competitive advantage. This article talks about how we can be difference from other in business aspect. It explains the basis features of strategic management. It explains about the strategic planning, SWOT analysis in strategic management and the innovative actions to be indifference from other. This article mainly focuses on the business aspect of the strategic management. In this article the writers also trying to show the origins of the strategic management. It mentioned that, the origin of the strategic management was business. This concept starts with the concept of how to make a business successful. In academic sector, it comes very much later and its development in academia was so gradual. Concept of strategic management mainly focuses on the vision, mission and goal shaping. The concept of strategic management was introduced to satisfy the costumers. Because of being business oriented concept, strategic management always

explain its beneficiaries as a costumer. Strategic management also focuses on the principalship/ managerial aspect in management. It says that if the manager of any organization is not competitive and visionary, the organization will never lead to success. In general, this article is sufficiently exposes the concept of strategic management. But it mainly focuses on the business aspect. The origin of the strategic management is little bit controversial. Universally accepted origin of strategic management is Military sector but it says, the origin of the strategic management was business.
