1) Inside UUM itself As we know that we are living in the world of globalization. English language is a common language and is spoken in many countries and in UUM, E-com is the only subject that teach student about all the things include grammar, the way we speak, role play, how to make journal and so on. Yes, I cant deny that, still got other subject in UUM which is in English, such as my course itself, whereby most of my course are teach by foreigner lecturer. However during the class, we are just focusing on the topic, we are not learn about grammar and so on. For instance, .. 2) English as the universal language. E-com is relevant or compulsory in UUM because English language itself considered as universal language. Most of the universities worldwide include English as one of their major subject. For instance, India is also competing with the other countries in terms of education and many other things. Hence, we are forced to meet global standards. As we know also, not many students are able to speak in English fluently. MUET as one of the exam that student need to take before entering the university is 3) For the admission for a job English is the first and foremost criteria whether we are applying for a job or you are seeking admission in a reputed college/university/institution. Companies welcome those candidates who are fluent English and have the relevant qualification and skill set. However, candidates with the relevant qualification without having proper knowledge of English language are being rejected. The first round is generally self introduction round and the second round is followed by Group Discussion and the final round is the interview. As a result, the student who knows English will be more successful at his/her project. For this reason, to obstruct possible inequity between students, management of universities should accept English as a second language in order to provide accessing information to the students. In short, university students need to know English to access information.

For example, the student who is graduated from a university which takes English as a major language will find a better or high-quality job than other students who dont know English adequately. In other words, the student who knows English is able to be more efficient in his job because he can use the information from foreign sources and web sites. He can prepare his assigments and tasks with the help of these information. Therefore, undoubtedly, his managers would like his effort or prepared projects. In addition, many high-quality jobs are related with international communication and world-wide data sharing. University graduates who are in a international company and business are needed to communicate with foreign workers. For instance, if their managers want them to share the companys data, they are expected to know English. Moreover, they will even have to go business trip for their company. Absolutely, all of these depend on speaking English;as a result, new graduates have to know English in order to get a high-quality job, and the others, who dont know English, may have lack of communication and be paid less mone)

Conclusion All in all, the education in universities should be done with English for three reasons. First, students who know English are able to find their favourite job related with their field. Second, they can communicate with others internationally. Third, as a major language in universities, English makes accessing information easy for students. In my opinion, internationally, people need one common language. For many years, English has been the common wold-wide language, and it will be in the future. For this reason, if we want to follow trends, new gadgets and technology, modernization of the developing world, we have to know English whatever age we are in.

There are few tips which can help us enhance fluency in English: a) Read fairy tales everyday at least for 10 minutes. b) Read cartoons or jokes in English. c) Write our personal diary such as what all did i do the entire day? Or what youre going to do tomorrow? d) Watch cartoon channels, movie channels like cartoon network. e) Listen to news. f) Try to talk in English with our friends or stand in front of the mirror and think that our friend is on the other side of the mirror and start talking about any interesting topic. g) Think in English about whatever we have done or about whatever we are going to do. Please understand one thing; Reading, writing, watching, listening and talking makes 100% and this is how we gain confidence and start speaking English fluently. If were talking about importance of English language, how could we avoid importance of personality development? If a person is fluent in English language, but if he doesnt have knowledge about body language and etiquettes, he/she should not be able to demonstrate his/her abilities well. Hence, personality development program is also an important part to learn whereby the program that I mean are certainly ECOM .

To sum up, I would say that we should not get scared or loose confidence when it comes to English language. It is just that we should try and find an institute who has the right techniques to teach English speaking course to their students, certainly E-Com is able to drive us to be more fluent English in the future.
