A HOUSE TE

as a bit of a recap I am designing for a hypothetical Tea House I named CUPPA.

essence

We have an essence that reads CLICK Fine Place. Fine Tea. We have a vision that our customers will value the experience and tradition of sitting down and drinking ne teas while doing so in a refreshing setting. That this will attract an audience of people ages 25 and older in the KC area.

The logo is very simple. A circle to reinforce the cup shape from the tea-cup with a contemporary sans serif typeface of Knockout.

touchpoints
10

When creating the touch points I wanted to keep in mind the customers experience. What are things that leave an impression?

letter

11

Cuppa is a very small local tea house. Letter would be very personal and hand written. I looked at the envelope as a moment of appreciation as well so the inside reads thank you for sipping.

12

The envelope itself is black with the essence on the ap.

13

For the invoice, As you can see on all of the stationary pieces it contains the essence of Fine Place Fine Tea located on the back.

14

To begin the customers experience they are greeted with three menus. I created three separate menus so the patrons have the option to view just the tea if they come to just drink tea or to view our sweets or savory options.

15

We also offer high tea which is more of the experience of drinking tea. The tradition of tea and pastries together. Full Tea, Royale Tea, and Grande Tea option.

16

Staying personal, next we have business cards I wanted one for the owner as well as one that represents the tea house. Located in the middle is the front of each card which stays the same on all of the cards.

17

I also wanted thekm to be a moment of interaction for the patrons. Either between the patrons or between the waiter/waitress and the patron. Its a takea-way they can use as a reminded for CUPPA.

18

As for takeaways, the packaging I created is for the house blend that CUPPA would sell. CUPPA is sit down and stay type of place. So the selling of our tea is just for those customers that would like to continue the experience at home.

p a c k ab u n e attri gitg
19

It uses the pattern I created and the packaging stays very minimal like the rest of the brand only using the black and white.

20

Along with packing I want to offer a teacup with the logo as well as canisters for our loose leaf tea options.

The tea house is pretty relaxed so I decided on an apron that would be easy for anyone to wear.

On a larger scale a customer would see this from the outside and they might see

The iphone still very minimal, mostly used to make reservations.

Cuppa is a place for people to take a break, a place of leisure and comfort, a place based on tradition, and of course a place where the tea is just a refreshing as the environment and people.
