No. 69] (the First Venue Motion), and Alpines Joinder to the First Venue Motion [Dkt. No. 77]. In addition to the reasons stated in the Second Venue Motion, the First Venue Motion, and Alpines Joinder to the First Venue Motion, Alpine notes that the United States Trustee has recently filed a notice of formation of an official committee of unsecured creditors in this case, which list is comprised entirely of individuals or principals located in Colorado.
