JURY, UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT JUDGE, THE OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Party-in-interest San Bernardino Public Employees Association (SBPEA) is an incorporated labor association, formed and existing under the laws of the State of California, and is the exclusive representative of City of San Bernardino employees within the Mid-Management Unit for the purpose of bargaining, pursuant to the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act, Government Code 3500, et seq. By and through its undersigned counsel, SBPEA hereby submits this Joinder to the Ambac Assurance Company, Erste Europaische Pfandbrief-und Kommunalkredit Bank AG and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustees (Ambac) Motion for Order Authorizing Rule 2004 Examination of Debtor filed as Docket No. 152 on September 11, 2012 (the Motion). By this Joinder, SBPEA joins in any and all of Ambacs arguments set forth in the Motion and respectfully requests that this Court authorize SBPEA to examine the Debtor. Accordingly, SBPEA respectfully requests that this court grant the Motion.
