Ocean Pines Please not that we have made a change to the value that we are using here. We are now using the median cumulative days on market, which I feel is a better indicator of what is going on. This will eliminate the overpriced properties that have been on the market forever, as well as the distressed properties and great deals that sell in a matter of days. This makes for a more accurate representation of the current market.
