about the workShop:

When we develop our initial online learning solutions, it's often a conceptual process; there's a lot of creative freedom during the analyses and design phases. When we're working with bigger picture concepts, where do we begin our scope? Operational success is at the mercy of how well the project is scoped and project managed. Budget and time blow outs give any project a bad name. The importance of scoping, and managing a project in accordance with the scope, is magnified during the creation of high-end and game-based eLearning. This workshop will examine the impact the solution has on the scope of a project and design methodology, and will provide some practical insight into quantifying the effort required to successfully scope and complete a project. If youre interested in the commercial realities of eLearning design and development, then this workshop shouldnt be missed.
