Responsible for overseeing the specials department in curriculum and instructional practices for middle and high school level students. Involves creating projects that are engaging that follow the National Standards of Music and Art. Responsible for creating projects in both music and art for students in grades 7-12, as well as co-ordinating cross-curricular activities. Class instruction is in general music/art education, instrumental, and choral instruction.

Summer 2007 organized a week-long program where students went hiking and performed at local businesses, including Willimantics 3rd Thursday.
