After 17 years working with emotionally challenged youth with horses, she retired and began working with youth in a riding and love of animal capacity rather than psychotherapy. Honey is a vendor for Home Schools, Charter Schools and Girl Scouts. She employs Tayler Roundtree who teaches beginning through advanced riding. Tayler works with both youth and adults to improve skills and take their learning to shows. Linda Dales is employed as our PATH Certified special needs instructor. Honeys new venture has expanded horizons to include an organic garden which donates to cancer groups and Interfaith Food Closet. Honey is now embarking on a new non profit C Horse Ranch... Healing Pastures which will serve cancer survivors, special needs, active youth and adults and show bound riders. Honey continues to serve our community with Healing Pastures. The long term goal is to create a land trust to keep this special place always available for the community to enjoy the truly magical effect on the people who enter its gates. She now focuses her energies on the healing power of animals (she has 26...20 rescued). She believes in the power of laughter and play to support the immune system for healing.
